Cheerful townhome near Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Charleston & Shem Creek.
Hang out in the gorgeously updated kitchen and bar or relax on the soft, cozy leather couch in the den. Patio has a privacy fence and can be used almost year round. WiFi and smart TV if you need to work remotely or help keep kids entertained. Bedrooms are a decent size and bathrooms have been totally updated. Relax in a nice bath in either bathroom. I will have better pictures soon. These were taken with a phone while we were furnishing it to get it live. STR Permit â ST240180 MP BL # - 20111534.
This property is conviently located to restaurants, beaches and activities. Very much enjoyed and appreciated the USS YORKTOWN and Patriots Point Park as well as the dolphin cruise. Grocery options close by as well.
It was a nice clean townhouse close to a wedding we were attending at Patriots Point. The down side was that the beds were squeaky and there was no soap or shampoo provided. .
Very seamless, clean and good location. Two things - the beds were very uncomfy and creeky very thin pillows and the water on the fridge dispenser did not work. Other good place for a quick stay and nice that thereâs a parking spot
the house was in a great location - walk to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the owner was quick to respond to questions. Enjoyed our stay!
We had a great stay at this condo off 17 in Mount P. Tons of room, well-maintained, spotless cleaning. I'd highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Charleston.
We were in town for a high school baseball tournament. The location of the townhouse is great. Walking distance to Shemâs Creek. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.WiFi was a little slow and our AT&T cell service only had 1 bar while inside the townhouse. Not sure why but other places in town it was fine. The only other issues we had, which I brought to the attention of the owner and he said he would be fixing/replacing, was squeaky beds, broken toaster, and prior guest must have had a pet that left a few smelly stains on the stairway carpet. Assuming those items were remedied, we would definitely stay there again.
We found the property to be close to everything we wanted to visit during our vacation. The property was clean and adequate for our needs, and while we were nervous about coming from a quiet little rural community, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was! I would recommend to anyone!
Cute townhome within walking distance to Shem Creek. Nice private fenced brick patio out back, though not much seating. Has everything you need for a great stay in Mt. Pleasant. We would stay here again!
Had a great stay! Super close to downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms Beach! The townhouse was super clean and looked exactly liked the pictures! Will definitely be rebooking :)
Perfect location to visit Charleston and the beaches.
Owner was very responsive to questions and provided a new grill for us to enjoy. Comfortable beds and super clean.
We had a great stay! The property was very clean. The location couldnât have been better. We were close to great restaurants and close enough to Charleston to enjoy the city and the nearby beaches. We would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and very nice neighborhood as well. Clint was very helpful with any questions or needs. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
We loved staying here! It was perfect for our trip with friends. It was the best location for the price. I was worried about having people so close, but I did not see anybody while we stayed there. The bathrooms were excellent, and I loved the kitchen. I will definitely stay again if I come back!
Overall loved it. Looks exactly as it shows on website. Very clean and decorated nicely. Lovely neighborhood, short drive to stores and restaurant's. Only negative is we needed an ironing board but didnât find one and one of the guest beds was quite squeaky however would most definitely stay there again. Perfect for our little family đ
I moved to Charleston in 1996 to attend college. I immediately fell in love with the lifestyle that historic Charleston and local beaches offers and never left. This may have to do with the fact that I'm in flip flops most days and rarely have to put on winter clothes.
It's hard to find a location in Charleston or the surrounding areas that gives you such quick access to beaches, restaurants, bars, historic Charleston, shopping and outdoor activities as this one does. This property has recently been completely updated inside and out. Ample parking in the front and the back make it possible for families with multiple cars to easily access the townhouse.
