Our place is a comfortable Nashville 1 bedroom with 1 bath 100% private home for 1-4 guests with a queen memory foam sleeper in living room

Great space to relax and stay while exploring the town!
We are less then 1 mile to downtown Broadway

Walk 5 min to explore Five Points or take a 4 min Uber to Nashville’s restaurants and bars

Our focus is a space that is clean and comfortable & convenient for our guests.

The space
We are 1.0 mile to downtown Nashville a 4 min Uber/Lyft to all the music venues, bars or our famous honkytonks here in Nashville.

We’ve always prided ourselves on a clean home as our reviews highlight, but have additional steps based on the
CDC and Airbnb disinfectant & sanitizing procedure between each guest stay

The master bedroom has a really comfortable Plush memory foam KING size bed (read our reviews)

In the living room we have a new queen memory foam sleeper sofa with a great memory foam topper.

The house sleeps 4 max.

Wonderful stay for our weekend in Nashville! Very easy drive or Uber to Broadway. The apartment is very nice and clean, has all the amenities you need. Highly recommended! Hosts very communicative and check-in was easy!

I can’t praise this property enough. Very nicely furnished, free snacks, wonderful AC and plenty of hot water. Great location and Rick couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

East Nashville Sweet Spot

This cute, little apartment was nice and clean and uncluttered. There is a nice living area with a comfy couch and coffee table. The kitchen has barstool seating at the counter and full amenities along with several options for making coffee.The host provided shampoo, conditioner and bodywash as well as make-up removal wipes. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths for our four-day stay. The shower had two different heads, one a hand wand and there was decent water pressure. Watch your left elbow when you sit on the toilet, there isn't a ton of space.The bed is huge and and really comfortable. Nice bedding, and lamps on either side of the bed. Space off of the floor to set suitcases would have been nice. The washer and dryer were nice to have as the weather was rainier and colder than we planned for. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store less than a mile from the property. We really enjoyed Bolton's, Yeast and Sky Blue Cafe.The distance from Broadway/Downtown is walkable. We did it a few times. We did use ride-share when we returned late. I would have loved more local recommendations from the hosts. We never saw any other people staying at the property to get tips from. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great VRBO!

Perfect little cute condo for the weekend. I love staying on this side of Nashville! It’s walkable to bars/restaurants and a short Uber or even walkable to downtown Nashville. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place and location

The property was very clean and perfect for a couple. Bed was comfy and we loved having a washer/dryer available for our stay. When we visit Nashville again we will be back!

Anniversary weekend

Great place to stay in Nashville! Neighborhood was quaint and walkable. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we could ask for. Bed was so comfy!!! Would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville. Thank you Tiffany and Rick for the perfect accommodations!!

Perfect place

We loved it. Very quiet and quaint. Minor detail but a little too far if a walk to the “strip” in downtown but plenty of other places/entertainment in walking distance and the drive to the main drag is only 10 minutes.

Perfect spot in East Nashville

Fantastic stay at this beautiful VRBO. Location was convenient for walking to Five Points for restaurants and shops. Home was clean and confortable, showers and beds were amazing. Helpful tip- if ordering food for delivery drivers will deliver to #1 and not your unit so make sure to check there.

The perfect getaway

We enjoyed our 5 night stay immensely! The communication from the day we booked was top-notch. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we wanted and needed. We loved the location to downtown Nashville. The neighborhood had its own restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this Vrbo and are looking forward to coming back again next year!

Cozy comfort

Just a great place to stay, close to everything. Nicely updated,furnished with the things you need and most importantly clean as I am a bit of a germafobe. Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Nashville. Rick was very accommodating, allowing us an early check in when we had an unexpected change of plans. The property was clean and complete with all the necessary amenities. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay!

The property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. The bed was really comfortable. We liked the location because it is not downtown, but close enough that it’s just a short Uber to bars and restaurants. There are also some pretty good restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend staying here!

This was a great place to stay. We were exploring Nashville for the first time and it was a great location. Quick and cheap access to downtown via Lyft. Walkable to the emerging East Nashville and it's great restaurants and shops. Safe, clean, comfortable.

Excellent property, couldn't ask for more

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this property. It was quaint, in a very nice neighborhood w/ lots of restaurants and little places to choose from. Even though we were there to go to a Pearl Jam concert, the time we were at the condo was fantastic. The place looked even better in person and was so well maintained. The drive to Nashville was about 10-15 mins depending on traffic just over the bridge. I highly recommend the stay here and Rick & Tiffany were great hosts as well. Very communicative and explained everything.

One of the best

Rick was an amazing host and the house was beautiful! Whenever we needed something Rick was quick to respond. The house was not far from anywhere we wanted to go. I definitely would recommend!

We moved back to Nashville a few years ago, after living in Orange County CA off and on the past 25 years to come back and slow down and spend more time in community service helping families.(#bestlifeever) We have three amazing son's and two daughter in-laws that are angels.
We have a small farm south of town, (fresh farm eggs ...yum, ) We enjoy traveling all over the globe. We really love being in Nashville, and also spend time in our Destin beach house part of the year, it’s a little bit of everything and we are happy calling this home......
