This is a perfect spot close to downtown (15-25 min walk to most popular places). It was enough room for us and my two dogs. The condo is clean, safe and Rebecca communicates just the right amount to check in on you. I would definitely come back!
Nice condominium located near downtown Nashville . Large covered parking area. The condo itself is well-furnished and comfortable. For July 4th weekend, the space was relatively quiet as well. This is a nice spot from which to venture out in Nashville. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in Nashville.
Everything about this place and the communication with Rebecca was amazing. Condo was super clean, well stocked, and Rebecca was quick with responses! The location was perfect and center to many things to do. Will definitely be back!!!!
Great condo! It had everything we needed to be comfortable for a Nashville visit. Well equipped and perfectly clean. Wonderful river view. Rebecca was a great communicator. Highly recommended. (Note: It is about a 1-mile walk to the clubs on Broadway. We loved the walking, but might not be for everyone. I'm sure Ubers would be available but we never tried.)
Clean no frills spot in a great location. We didn't rent a car and walked to Germantown, Broadway and downtown. Priced well and has what you need. Very cool on the river watching the tugs and barges during morning coffee. Outstandingvacommunication from Rebecca.
Love being by the Cumberland River, we watched the tug boats at work pushing barges up and down the river, we enjoyed a couple of furry friends, a groundhog and a squirrel and lots of birds. So coming home from downtown to our retreat was very relaxing. We loved this property.
My husband and I stayed in Nashville for the weekend! This place was in the best location! Very easy to get downtown and it happened to be close to one of the concert venues we went to! It also was dog friendly so our girls were able to travel with us! We would definitely stay here again!
Property was exactly as described. Very clean and great location. We walked downtown and to German Town. Our truck didnât move for 5 days, if weather is bad you can uber and itâs very reasonable. We will definitely be back.
Had to find a place close to downtown for a wedding all hotels were way over priced once all fees were done look at VRBO and found this place it was great! The views location, price were just perfect.
The condo was perfect for our needs and we walked to most sites. However, the location is in a developing area and the surrounds are not completed (streets to be repaired, fenced off areas). We would n
Clean and as advertised, relatively quiet area along the river. Great communication and service from the host, first rate! Nice place, comfortable, everything functional, nicely set up for guests - Keurig with K-cups, some bottled water and snacks, hand soap and body wash, etc., nice towels, nice linens, extra blankets and pillows. Well set up, very welcoming. It's a good hike over to Lower Broadway, about a 20-minute walk, but not bad if you don't mind a walk. 10 or 15 minute walk to Printers Alley area. Only 3 blocks or so from First Horizon Park and the newer developed area around it with several restaurants, bars, brewery, entertainment, etc. Place was clean, quiet, a bit off the beaten path, nice and quiet at night.
Loved this condo. Spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. The bed was fabulous, loved the fireplace and all the throws. Cute little balcony overlooking the river. A reasonable walk or cheap Uber to Broadway. Liked being on the 3rd story for privacy and views; unit is right at the top of the stairwell so the 2 flights of stairs were no problem, even with a dog and months worth of luggage! Thanks, Rebecca for a great stay!
I am a Nashville native and I am very familiar with all local attractions and things to do in the area. I am happy to assist with any questions you may have about the area or things to do during your stay. I am also happy to give suggestions based on what your interests are!
Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous âhonky tonksâ on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname âNashvegasâ. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of âdowntownâ and to a few of other areas.
One great thing is that you can jump in a taxi or Lyft/Uber for a cheap fare and get to any areas or attraction that you are interested in
Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Downtown Nashville has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually.
Extra plus? Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between .5 to 4 miles from any other place of attraction.
