Condo récemment rénové et joliment décoré avec une chambre et une salle de bain avec cuisine près du centre-ville de Nashville. Lit King et canapé-lit pour 4 personnes. 5 couchages avec matelas gonflable moyennant un supplément. Premier étage. Pas d'escalier. Directement en face de la magnifique piscine Riverfront. Piscine ouverte uniquement du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail. Marchez jusqu'au nouveau Sounds Stadium de Nashville en 5 minutes .. 15 minutes à pied du cœur de Germantown. 20 minutes à pied du Capitole de l'État. 25 minutes à pied de Broadway / rangée de musique ou prendre un taxi / uber de 10 minutes. 15 minutes. à pied de Nashville B-cycle location de vélos au 424 3rd Ave.

Great property, great area of town, easy access to everything you want in Nashville and germantown! Great location on the river. Property was as described. Overall was very clean however I gave the 4 stars for cleanliness just because the white bed sheets had lots of pet hair and stains on them but I know this is a pet friendly place and I have pets that I sometimes travel with so I wasn’t terribly upset about this just wanted to let the owner know about it just in case. Overall, I’d stay here again and it was perfect for our weekend getaway to Nashville! Thanks!

Great stay. only issue we encountered was last night the unit above us was very loud and seemed to be moving furniture or rolling things across the floor well after 11pm and into the midnight hours. it was hard to fall asleep.

All around nice place.

The condo was well appointed, clean, & stocked with basic necessities. The property is right on the river, so the patio has a good view. It was located quite close to the Bridgestone Arena & restaurants were close by.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Nashville Vrbo! The condo was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect – just a short walk to downtown, in a charming walkable neighborhood, quiet street but close to everything. A nice place. About a 15 minute walk to the bars on Broadway.

Spent 2 nights and went to Broadway Street to see some bands. This was our 3rd time staying in this unit.

5 Star - Wonderful Stay!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this condo! It was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and conveniently close to downtown. The location was easy to find, and the hosts were incredibly caring and responsive. We had to reschedule due to illness, and they were so accommodating in moving our reservation to the following weekend. Their kindness and flexibility made our trip stress-free. We will definitely book again!

You get what you pay for

Decent little place and price was cheap. A lot of construction around making navigating a little tough. Noise from unit above us was bad, sounded like a gymnastics meet every night. Hole in the floor right in front of the bathroom vanity. Might be worth paying a little more for our stay somewhere next time.

Nashville weekend getaway

Quick weekend getaway for a family birthday. Condo was clean and quiet. Area available for walking pets. Walkable to most sites of interest but we used Uber a lot due to cold weather. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our vacation is Nashville! The location of this unit was fantastic. The unit was fairly clean although several cobwebs on the ceiling in both the bedroom and living room and on the tops of the lamps. One of the blinds in the living room would not go up over about a foot and a half so it was hard to get light into the room. Overall, we had a great stay!

Nice little condo

Condo was clean, easy to find & park. Perfect for a weekend in Nashville. Only thing, there was noise from the condo above us, seemed to be more than just walking around. A noise machine in the bedroom would be a great addition. Bed was very comfy!

We have lived in Nashville 6 years after living in Silicon Valley, California. We have loved the Nashville area since coming here and believe we have found one of the most charming cities in the country to live. Our four children all live in the Nashville area too.

We were excited when we found this condo with Nashville's Urban charm and We are eager to share what Nashville has to offer with you.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

These condominiums offer a beautiful view of the Cumberland River. The walk-ability of this area offers access to sightseeing, shopping and restaurants, not only in Germantown but downtown Nashville as well. In April, Nashville's brand new ballpark opened up just blocks away. After a long day of sight seeing, kickback and relax at the Riverfront pool and enjoy the spacial views of the river. Being on the first floor and directly opposite the courtyard from the pool, this condo is pleasantly and conveniently situated. Amenities include a laundry room and an exercise room. One guaranteed parking spot is provided per unit a second parking space is available on a first come first served basis.
