Private Studio apartment located in a safe & peaceful East Nashville neighborhood. This unique property is quiet, yet minutes from dozens of East Nashville restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.

*Grand Ole Opry – 10 mins
*Bridgestone Arena – 12 mins

You will have keyless entry with a private entrance & driveway as well as your own private fenced-in yard that your furry friends will love!

We live upstairs and are so excited to welcome you!!

We live a quiet lifestyle and we've done our best to soundproof but it is an older East Nashville home with wood flooring so you will inevitably hear some footsteps or our 2 dogs being dogs.
A sound machine will be provided just in case!

The bathroom has a ceiling clearance of 6’5”. This may be a challenge for taller guests.

We will most likely be on the property during your stay and we are available for anything you may need. We can easily be reached via text or through the VRBO app

Super Convenient and Great Vibes!

Love this spot in East Nashville! Clean, comfortable, and cozy studio. Everything you need is close by, the atmosphere is friendly, and it’s incredibly convenient for daily errands or meeting up with friends. A true neighborhood gem.

Convenient and quiet neighborhood

This was a good studio apartment very convenient to highway to downtown Nashvillle and really close to the Gaylord and The Grand Old Opry. Clean, quiet and perfect for our needs.

We had an amazing time in Nashville! the only reason why i give 4 stars for location would be if you wanted to be able to walk to downtown. we took ubers and lyfts which could get pricey. Although the property was clean and had everything you could need even including a little gift basket with some chips, water and wine! Towels and sheets were so conveniently included! They even had coffee which my best friend loved!! From the makeup remover cloths to the q-tips in the bathroom this place was the perfect size for the two of us!

Peaceful neighborhood with a relaxing atmosphere. The studio was perfect for my wife, son, dog and myself. Great hosts, communication was on point. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

This was a pleasant beautiful neighbourhood real close to Broadway by car/ uber. The Airb&b was lovely every thing we needed for a weeks stay . We were out a fair bit so it was nice to come back at the end of the day to a lovely clean comfortable bed. The info on the fridge was much appreciated x

Our stay in Nashville was lovely. The location of this property is perfect; just a short drive to downtown, the Grand Ole Opry, stores, etc. The owners were very responsive. I would recommend this property.

Great dog friendly stay!

Great place to stay if you're traveling with dogs. They loved the fenced in yard and walks in the quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything in East Nashville.

Loved it!

I needed to travel for a week with my terminally ill dog. I was helping my daughter and her family get ready for an event at her home. I did not want to board my dog. This place was an answer to my prayers. I appreciated the private fenced yard and clean, pet friendly atmosphere. I will stay there again! Host was very accessible and responsive.

Cozy and Cute

We enjoyed our stay. Love there is a fenced in area for you to take your pet. We will have to bring our fur baby next trip! The place was cute and roomy. Great location.

The property was clean, comfortable and easy to find and access while I was visiting family in East Nashville. Nick was responsive and friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely! I will most definitely stay here again!

Great property and neighborhood!

This property was perfect for my husband, our fur babies and myself! It was far enough from downtown to have peace and quiet, but close enough to enjoy broadway of a night! 10/10 recommend staying here and we definitely plan on coming back!

Overnight stay

This was perfect for an overnight stay to see a concert at Bridgestone. We brought our dogs with us and really appreciated the fenced in area for them to potty off-leash. It was a quick Uber ride to downtown.

Totally met our needs

Second time visitors to this property with our dog. All was as we expected. A bottle of wine and snacks for us and our dog were very nice. Mostly used for sleeping and breakfast as our daughter lives in Nashville. Met all our needs. Clean, comfy, and convenient. Would recommend and rent again. Thanks to the owners for everything

Awkward entry and horrible pillows

When I tried to enter, Cleaning help had incorrectly locked the door which made entry awkward if not scary for me. It took 20+ minutes to correct and it finally was fine. I was dismayed and taken aback by the checking out instructions which indicated I had to strip the bed, along w removing the duvet cover. (I had so many more important things to do!)The rest of the check out instructions made me wonder what I was paying the cleaning fee for. The hosts were earnest about making my stay good and with better pillows and easing on checkout instructions, this property will present much better. I repeat: the pillows were rock hard and painful!
