Perfect Cozy Cottage

We loved getting to stay here for our Metallica weekend in Nashville. The bed was comfy (we only used one), and the house is clearly well kept. It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again!!

Retirement trip

My son and I spent four nights. Location was perfect. We were in town for my retirement golf trip. The property was as advertised clean , cozy, and quiet. Definitely a five star stay!! Thanks Corey

Spring Break Family Trip

The house was so clean and cozy! The host answers your messages very quickly and is very accommodating. Both bedrooms are set up great with each having a TV, Desk and area to get ready. There are several restaurants and other amenities to enjoy very close by. It is a short drive or uber to downtown. The host has really thought of everything by providing things you may need. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location & Amenities

Incredibly clean & well maintained older property with all of the necessary comforts. Local area has many options for food and close enough for our weekend of concerts downtown. Host was courteous & easy to work with. We have this one bookmarked for future visits!

Affordable and great location

This property is in a great location to access areas around downtown Nashville as well as downtown. My kids and I stayed here to tour a nearby trade school. We walked to a few stores and there were plenty of food options nearby. I'm glad to have found this gem of a cottage. Much better than staying in a hotel.

cottage was thoughtfully furnished and very stylish. Beds were comfortable with TV's in each bedroom. Only 1 thing that is a personal preference - daylight bulbs are too bright and harsh. Only 1 thing that was missing -- Soap in shower :( Will stay again should I get back to Nashville.

The perfect home for the weekend.

The house was vert clean and the beds were comfortable. The host had snacks for for us. We will definitely be booking this home again. The house is located near all the places we wanted to go.

Property was the perfect size for 4 adults. Great location. Quick Uber ride to downtown Nashville. House was newly remodeled, very modern and had all the needed amenities. It was perfect. I would have no problem recommending this property to family and friends.

Cozy Cottage - great place!

We enjoyed our stay, it’s close to downtown but not in the craziness of the city. Easy Lyft ride to downtown but Nashville East was more our style for nicer restaurants and cocktails and coffee shops. The cottage was small but we were only there to sleep so it fit our needs perfectly. Cute house, clean and had off street parking with gated driveway. The owner was easy to communicate with as well. We would stay here again.

Clean, cozy cottage

Very clean, updated cottage! Perfect size for the four of us for our weekend trip. The little “extras” was an added plus - snacks, water bottles, coffee, plush towels, etc. Conveniently located (not in downtown, but close by - which we preferred!). Definitely would recommend!! :)

Very cozy

Perfect size for my needs. Short uber ride to downtown nashville (most fares were 15 dollars) one of cleanest places ive stayed and reminded me of when these types of rentals had a more personal touch. Would say this rental it more appropriate for adults or older kids due to overall layout. Comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again. Didnt get a chance to explore neighborhood so i cant comment on that. Did see local residents taking walks. Homes around property were well kept. more personal touch.

Cozy

The property was very clean. It was between downtown Nashville and Opryland. We spent anywhere from $15-$25 using Lyft going downtown or Opryland and airport. We felt there wasn’t a lot of eating places within walking. There was a coffee shop and food truck (Hispanic) which was awesome right around the corner. Anyplace was within 15 minutes. We saw a concert at the Bridgestone, Grand Ole Opry and saw a Titans game. All great experiences. The only negative thing was you can hear squirrels in the walls and roof in the morning. They do not get in the house but you can hear them!
