Enjoy your stay at this gorgeous 4,000 square foot home with its own private and renovated pool that backs up to the eighth hole of the Puerto Aventuras golf course. Within a 2-minute walk you have access to the beach, marina, and golf. The house is situated on a peaceful, quiet street with other high-end homes. The home has four large bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sleeps 11 comfortably. The floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall glass patio doors bring your indoor and outdoor spaces together. There are two master suites complete with walk-in closets and a covered patio with views of the backyard, swimming pool and golf course. Just steps out back enjoy the lush landscape of the pristine golf course for playing catch, jogging, or going for a peaceful walk when golfers are not playing through. You can access walking and jogging trails throughout the community and jungle right out the front door of the home, including access to the brand-new outdoor fitness area in Puerto Aventuras's Central Park. Central Park boasts walking, jogging, and biking trails; basketball courts; a new playground for children; outdoor fitness equipment; and a handball court. Just a three-minute walk from the house experience swimming with dolphins and manatees in the quaint marina and town center.

With the beach, golf, and marina, it is the perfect destination for your Mexican vacation on the Mayan Riviera. Many travelers state it is the most centrally located community on the Caribbean Coast because it allows you to reach any destination quickly. You are within 30 minutes to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morales, and Akumal. Puerto Aventuras has the only full-service marina between Cancun and Belize and there are several water excursion options within five minutes walking distance of the house, not to mention great boat-viewing in the marina. A one-minute walk out the back yard of the house the Puerto Aventuras Golf Club offers a 9-hole, 36-par golf course as well as tennis courts. The vibe of this community is a laid-back “flip-flops” atmosphere that offers countless opportunities to be active and in nature. If you are looking for pure relaxation enjoy the newly renovated back yard complete with swimming pool and lounge chairs surrounded by the sounds of nature or take a two-minute walk to the white sand beaches of the Caribbean where the ocean water is clear, warm, and shallow enough for even the littlest swimmers.
For meals and drinks out, take a 2-minute walk to the village to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at one of the delicious 17 locally owned restaurants. All Puerto Aventuras restaurants offer outdoor seating facing the marina or the dolphin discovery area. If you would prefer meals at home, the granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment you need to prepare meals. In addition to a newly remodeled kitchen, you will find a walk-in pantry to store groceries that you purchase at the local grocery store Cheraui or from the fresh local produce market held in Puerto Aventuras on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
There is a large living room that opens to the back yard, which includes a big screen smart TV on the main level of the home. A separate living room is located upstairs to relax and unwind. The home is centered around offering you all conveniences you would hope for in a modern home, including beach towels, lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing, and a full-sized washer and dryer so that all you need to pack is a carryon suitcase. The home is air conditioned for warmer days and equipped with solar power, so the concern of electrical costs you may see at many other rental homes along the Riviera Maya coast is not an issue here.

As you can see in the pictures, the stairs do not have a rail. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.

At the marina, just a couple of minutes from the house, friendly locally owned companies offer tours departing from the neighborhood to countless destinations within just 5-15 minutes of the house, or head out and explore on your own. Some of these adventures include the Mayan Ruins at Tulum; Xplor Adventure Park which has the best ziplining in the area, floating adventures through jungle riverways and caves, and jungle style all-terrain rides; Aktun Chen Natural Park to explore the caves and jungle; and Xel-Ha Eco-Park with its all-inclusive adventure packages which include snorkeling, cliff jumping, zip lining and many other activities. Snorkeling or scuba diving with sea turtles in only 15 minutes away in Akumal where the sea turtle population is world famous. And back home within a 2–5-minute walk or golf cart ride you have access to some of the best snorkeling along the Riviera Maya at the beaches of Puerto Aventuras.

If you would like to explore the Riviera Maya inland, within minutes you have access to ATV and 4WD adventure tours, horseback riding, and swimming in one of the areas many cenotes.
