This modern “Insta worthy” townhome is more than what it appears…in a secluded area of the complex, you will experience a quiet and quaint vibe with memory foam mattresses, a kitchen with every tool you need to cook an elaborate meal, new furniture, and a neighborhood fully of shaded grass areas and a community pool.

The townhome is 2 stories and pretty secluded from the rest of the complex. There is only one attached wall with a neighbor (the back of their kitchen and bathroom) which attaches to under our stairs.

o Primary Bedroom: 1 King size bed, two closets, a dresser, and a view into the outdoor courtyard.

o 2nd Bedroom (the bunk room): Triple bunk bed with 3 twin mattresses, each equipped with their own reading light and power strip.

Game Room: A part of the bunk room is the game/play area. Equipped with a pull out couch for one, TV with a Fire Stick and DVD player, a 3-way billiards table with foosball, hockey, and mini pool, games and books. Extra linens and pillows are provided for pull out couch.

Each bedroom is provided with floor mirrors, hangers, laundry baskets, and luggage racks for your convenience.

Access to the community pool and jacuzzi is included in your stay, as well as pool towels, pool floaties and toys for your use.

The complex grounds has multiple grassy areas, dog stations, picnic tables and BBQ's to use.

We adhere to extremely high cleanliness standards, including a deep cleaning every month.

One covered parking spot is assigned to the unit, and there are plentiful uncovered spots available as well.

$50 pet fee will be requested per stay to be paid before front door code is given. Late check out is by request AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, and a $100 fee applies.

We have one Ring doorbell security camera on the premises which is located outside of the house at the front door for security purposes.

For discounted weekly/monthly stays, supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc) will be provided for at least one week. Renters are responsible for additional supplies. 10% weekly and 30% monthly discounts are reflected in the pricing.
