Overall was a good stay. Good communication with the host. They have a portable fan, I wish I used it sooner as the living room / kitchen gets hot, so the portable fan was wonderful to add circulation. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great stay

Great place to stay. Pool was amazing, warm, and clean. Area was quiet and convenient for getting to major roads quickly. House was clean and exactly as the photos showed. The manager/owner was awesome to work with. Super polite and responded to questions quickly and politely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for someplace to relax and enjoy time together.

Your home away from home!

From the minute you arrive you feel just at home!! We loved how close the home was to literally everything! We enjoyed the heated pool in the cool January night! The host was amazing and communicated with me quickly, she was great! Definitely will be booking this home for future stays.

Fantastic Stay

The house was great, and the pool even better. Clean, tidy and nice appliances. We had an issue with plumbing, and the repair guy was there in 10 minutes, was friendly, courteous and was finished up in less than 10 minutes! Neighborhood was quiet and lounging in the backyard was a treat for all of us from Minnesota! Three weeks well spent!

A beautiful home with a lot of activities.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful night stay. This home was complete with a lot of amenities. The remodel to his home was done perfectly. Truly enjoyed my time hope to book here again.

Loved the pool!

We spent a week at the house and had everything we needed. Went grocery shopping and cooked meals at home; swam in the heated pool. The host was very responsive when we had a question. Great house and central location.

Quick access to expressway

AMAZING. Had a great stay, No problem at all. Host Lauren was a message away with any question I had. And always answered me, anytime of the day. My family will definitely be making arrangements to stay again. Was in town for SON’s wedding. Patio with gas grill and tv was a very nice area. Heated pool was over the top. Kids loved the Game Area

Great home for first trip to AZ

Exactly as represented online. Clean, comfortable, and a beautuful pool area in the back with complete privacy. Stayed while visiting our son with six adults and everything was perfect. Owner or manager even checked in the first night to make sure everything was ok. Everything was and that was a nice touch!

Cozy and casual stay with home-cooked meals

Loved the cozy house with both entertainment and comfort. Great communication on the couple of small things we noticed. The kitchen had the basics for cooking meals and we had some great meals relaxing for the holiday weekend. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

Cute and clean little house. Perfect for our family. My kids really enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the pool. The back yard is amazing and perfect for spending time with family. Check in was easy. Coffee was stocked. Beds were comfortable. we had one small problem and Lauren took care of it right away. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break in AZ

We had a great time staying in the good vibes house. The pool and game room were great. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The overall layout and amenities worked great for us and we would stay again. The host was very good at sending timely, and detailed communication which was very helpful.

Great getaway!

Our family of five loved staying here! Very clean and comfortable. Pool and game room are fantastic! It is also very conveniently located, in 10-20 minutes you can drive to do so many things. Highly recommend this to any other families looking for a place to hang out and also to get out and around the Phoenix area.

Amazing House!

This house was perfect! The hosts were very easy to get a hold of! We had everything we needed for the stay and had perfect weather! We enjoyed the game room and the pool! Will definitely come back when in Phoenix!

Nice place not so good owner

We enjoyed the house. Is was clean and the games were a nice touch. We used the iron and when the steam came out, I got rust circles on my dress shirt. The shirt was ruined. I communicated it to the owner and the response was”sorry “. I expect better, like let us replace the shirt, we will get a new iron. Instead we got no help. The lights in the two king bed bedrooms were on the same remote even though there is a remote in each room. Again we communicated that to the owner. No help again. They are just don’t take care of the guests. Nice area though.
