We had a great time, the game room was an added bonus! Come evening when it started cooling off outside, we headed in for some game room tournaments, made our vacation fun last until late into the night.

This is our second time staying at this residence. Things we love are the cleanliness, availability of items, host responsiveness, game room, and heated pool! They just recently renovated the outdoor area and it is like a little oasis! We will definitely stay here anytime we visit the Mesa area! Wonderful place and host!

Pros: The pool was heated and lovely. The hot tub was also awesome! Our kids loved the shuffle board and games. The house was accurately described in the listing. Cons: We were lucky we had not planned on using the oven, because it did not work and it beeped consistently the entire stay. We were disappointed in the cleanliness. The floors had not been mopped. We also did not get any information on getting into the house and had to call VRBO 2 times on the day we arrived. VRBO gave the wrong information to the owner (even though I game them our confirmation number, my email, phone number and name), so she was messaging a different renter about another house because their customer service had sent her the wrong information.

We do want to address a few points for the benefit of future guests reading this review. Regarding check-in communication: We want to be transparent that this was unfortunately the result of a VRBO customer service error. Despite having your correct booking details, their team routed our messages to the wrong reservation, which caused the confusion on arrival day. This was entirely outside of our control, and we were equally frustrated by it. We always make every effort to ensure our guests have a seamless arrival experience. Regarding the floors: Our home features distressed-style tile throughout, which is an intentional design element of the property. The floors were cleaned prior to your arrival, and what may appear as marks or variation in the surface is characteristic of that finish. We want to assure future guests that cleanliness is always a top priority for us. The oven issue is something we take seriously and have since addressed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay. We strive to provide every guest with a 5-star experience.

Cozy and casual stay with home-cooked meals

Loved the cozy house with both entertainment and comfort. Great communication on the couple of small things we noticed. The kitchen had the basics for cooking meals and we had some great meals relaxing for the holiday weekend. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group of 3 seniors and 1 middle-aged special-needs adult were highly satisfied with this property for our 3-night stay in Mesa. But, there was one major disappointment. Our purpose for renting a pool home on this trip was to provide a pool experience for this special-needs adult that needed 85-degree water to be comfortable in. The advertisement for this property stated explicitly that 85-deg would be provided for a 75/day extra fee which I paid. It was nearly dark the night we arrived. The next morning, I checked pool temp which was 76-to-78-degrees. The pool pump was operating and the heat pump registered “idle” at 72-deg. Also, I noticed that the pool vacuum tractor was not moving. In addition, a pool toy had sunk to the bottom. I contacted the property manager regarding what I had found. They assured me that the pool and heat had been working when they checked last, but that another occupant had been in the house previous to our arrival. They advised me that the pool person was scheduled to be there the next day and would check into it. Late morning on our final full day at the property, the pool person came and fixed the vacuum, tested the chlorine level, raised the temperature, and performed other pool maintenance functions. I asked them how long it would take to reach the 85-degree temp. They said 24-hours or more. Sure enough, as we were ready to leave the next morning, I checked the pool temp which was finally 85-to-86 degrees.

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The home is quite charming and was comfortable for 5 of us. It was well-equipped with everything we needed including the kitchen, which had all the essentials for cooking meals.The host, Lauren, was also wonderful—friendly and very responsive. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the house instructions were clear and easy to follow.The location was perfect for us: quiet and peaceful, yet close to a grocery store and gas station. We had two teenagers with us and they loved relaxing on the patio, swimming in the pool, and utilizing the game room. We would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway.

Great stay

Great place to stay. Pool was amazing, warm, and clean. Area was quiet and convenient for getting to major roads quickly. House was clean and exactly as the photos showed. The manager/owner was awesome to work with. Super polite and responded to questions quickly and politely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for someplace to relax and enjoy time together.

We had a great time staying in the good vibes house. The pool and game room were great. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The overall layout and amenities worked great for us and we would stay again. The host was very good at sending timely, and detailed communication which was very helpful.

Your home away from home!

From the minute you arrive you feel just at home!! We loved how close the home was to literally everything! We enjoyed the heated pool in the cool January night! The host was amazing and communicated with me quickly, she was great! Definitely will be booking this home for future stays.
