Located in a charming Downtown Tempe Historical Neighborhood & minutes to campus at Arizona State University. The apartment is located as the upper level of a freestanding garage and is very peaceful with a deck that has views of Downtown Tempe. A modern 2 bed, 2 bath apt is pet friendly, 850SF and has it's own private parking area for two vehicles. Centrally located in the Valley, it has quick access to many great areas in Tempe, Phoenix & Scottsdale including 10 minutes from the airport.

The home was clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. It was walking distance to ASU and groceries. Troy was great at communicating with quick responses. We would love to come back again next year.

We had a great stay here!The space was comfortable and well laid out. Basic kitchen for breakfasts and lunches, which was fine since there are so many places to eat out for dinner. The location was great - close to everything but far from the busier main streets.Beds were comfortable, bathrooms great. Wonderful host as well!Note: there was no winery and we have no idea why it showed up in the attributes to be rated. Our host nicely gifted us a bottle of wine, so used that as the basis for the winery five stars!

Hidden Gem for sure!

A very cute, updated second floor apartment with great proximity to ASU’s campus! Room for parking and two bathrooms a plus! Many amenities including coffee maker, espresso maker, and some local IPAs to welcome us! Very clean accommodations! Troy was a great host!

Hidden Gem is truly a gem!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is like a fancy hotel with beautiful fixtures, furniture and bedding. The kitchen is well equipped and all updated appliances. Also, the location is perfect - just minutes from campus, stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Tempe!

Absolutely loved staying at this property! Everything about it was perfect for our family. The bungalow is newly remodeled and attention to detail met in every way to ensure we had everything we needed. It is super clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. Location is great too! Walkable to campus and all the fun shops/restaurants on Mill Ave. The host is extremely responsive and friendly and did everything he could to ensure a perfect getaway. We will be staying there every time we are in town to visit our ASU students.

Great apartment near ASU

Outstanding property, clean & comfortable, everything feels fresh and new. Hosts have done a great job updating this hidden gem. Located just a couple of blocks outside of the high activity zone around ASU so it is close to the campus and the retail/foodie district but nestled away in a very quiet part of a vintage neighborhood. Extremely good value and recommended!

Hidden gem

This place was amazingly cute, clean and well taken care of. Very thoughtful amenities and it had everything we needed right down to ground coffee and filters. It is apparent the owners take pride in providing this Hidden Gem to visitors. Thank you for a great 4 day weekend!

Great Tempe Accommodations

This private independent unit is above a garage, all new and beautifully designed. Great beds and showers, the space is open and ideally located to get to the Phoenix area hiking adventures we came for. A nearby Trader Joes is convenient, along with many other food options. The kitchen is very workable with new appliances and we made a few dinners, along with breakfast every day, and the laundry downstairs is a real asset. Troy was friendly, so accessible for information or issues, and he reached out a few times to ensure an easy check in (ours was very late) and successful experience. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Home in The Heart of Tempe

Great home located right in the heart of Tempe within walking distance to Mill Ave and ASU campus. Check-in and out was a breeze. Very clean and well appointed with all necessary kitchenware. Our host Troy was very accommodating, a great communicator and left us two welcome bottles of wine. One of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve had. We’ll be back!

This property is a modern, peaceful and comfortable new remodel (Dec '22) that has most amenities that you'd need. Walking distance to ASU and Downtown Tempe and only a 10 min drive to the airport & Old Town Scottsdale. Centrally located in the Valley, dog friendly with laundry facilities in a quiet neighborhood make this the perfect short term rental.
