Near ASU, Cubs, and downtown Scottsdale - 3 BR, 3 FULL baths - World Tour Condo

The World Tour Condo is a fully remodeled 1400 foot property with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It is in a gated community in north Tempe with 2 pools that is 1.2 miles from ASU and 6 miles from old town Scottsdale. It's only 1 mile to the Cubs' spring training stadium and is convenient to both the Giants and Angels stadiums too. It sits near the intersection of the 101 and 202 freeways for convenient access to any part of greater Phoenix.
This property has a "world tour" theme with each room being dedicated to a different region. Each bedroom is decorated with art, photos and/or flags from the region. Bedroom 1 is the Europe room. Bedroom 2 is a nod to our southern neighbor Mexico. Bedroom 3 is the Arizona room (of course!). The living room is dedicated to Arizona's sports teams and universities.
Every bedroom has a queen size bed with luxury over stuffed mattress covers, and the sleeper sofa in the main room is also queen sized (58" wide). Every room has a smart flat screen TV (50' in main room, 32" in all bedrooms) with built in Roku so you can stream your favorite programs (guests must log in to their own streaming accounts). Wireless wi-fi also included! All side tables and nightstands have USB ports for charging.
Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, as well as hand soap. Each bathroom also has a Bluetooth speaker built in to the fan, so you can rock out to your favorite music while bathing. All standard amenities are included such as plates, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances (toaster, blender, Kuerig coffee maker, hair dryer), and bedding/linens, and each bedroom has extra pillows. There is an ice maker in the kitchen so your drinks will always be chilled. The property also has a full sized washer and dryer with detergent and softener included, and an iron and ironing board. Also included is complementary coffee and bottled water for your morning coffee fix.
The Arizona bedroom and bath is on the 2nd floor and is the only room on the 2nd floor. It does not have a door, but it is accessed by stairs that make 2 turns and it has a curtain at the entrance and is very private. It is a traditional full bedroom and not an open loft.
Finally, each guest receives a welcome goody bag with small gifts to show our appreciation for choosing the World Tour Condo. If you choose to stay with us you will not be disappointed!

Great location

The condo is conveniently very close to the entrance, off University Avenue, making for easy access to ASU activities. There is lots of space to spread out with the 3 bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Great place with easy access to the city

We enjoyed our stay in Mesa. The home was clean and in a great area. Easy on and off the highway and to all the area we visited. The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked with bakeware, but that was a minor inconvenience. Owner was quick to answer questions. Would stay again.

Easy, quiet, well equipped and very clean condo. Traveling for an event with 5 adults, two children. Very comfortable for everyone. Host was very responsive. Quick drive to central Tempe, freeway, etc.

Great location for Cubs spring training

Property was in great condition. Value was good and a lot of information about the area. That was very helpfu. Convenient to the highway and a lot of golf courses. Scottsdale too. It’s not the Ritz. Very nice.

Everything about the condo was great except the 3rd shower wasn’t working. Owner communicated the issue before we arrived. Location was fantastic. Everything was clean. Overall, it was a great experience.

Comfortable and Clean

Neil is an exceptional Vrbo host! He quickly helped us with questions throughout our entire stay. The beds were comfortable. There was enough laundry soap to wash 3 loads. The junk drawer in the kitchen is stocked with common needed items and there are extra grocery bags, which was nice. There is a counter top ice-maker. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom, kitchen, and hallways. Parking was right outside the door. The bedrooms are spacious. Thank you!

Great location, EASY access

The place was as advertised. we did not use the property amenities (pool etc) as we were in town to golf. the location is very convenient to access and to get on major roads to go anywhere. there is lots of shopping nearby and restaurants galore. Neighborhood felt very safe and we had no concerns. the place was quite spacious. usually a 3 bedroom place has 3 pretty small bedrooms, but the rooms were spacious, there were 3 bathrooms, and the kitchen was easy to use. Communication with the host was very easy and timely. He never left me waiting.

Great Place!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding in Mesa! The host was communicative and friendly! It was just as advertised. Lots of space, access to a pool & hot tub, walking distance from several restaurants. It was safe, clean and pleasant.

Solid stay, no complaints

My group was just looking for a nice place to stay for a brief weekend visit and this unit was just fine. Spacious enough for us to spread out and fun freebies! Water bottles were appreciated and plenty of body wash/shampoo/lotion. Parking space right in front of the unit, and covered parking. The only minor quibble would not be on the unit or the owner, but I think the cleaning crew needs to do a better job with regards to the dryer. We were notified that there was a last-minute laundry load for the towels but they were not dry after the load because they never emptied the lint trap! There was a full on quilt in that thing.

Owner was easily to talk to! Upstairs shower was out of commission but they told us in advance. Gave discount for inconvenience. Would recommend to anyone! When in Tempe next time I will come back here!

Fun time in Phoenix

We enjoyed our stay at World Tour Condo. 3 bedrooms worked well for our group and the pull-out couch was enough sleeping room for our group. The patio was comfortable and the pool and hot tub were great. 2.5 bathrooms was great as well. All-in-all the cost, location and the place itself were exactly what we were looking for.
