This centrally-located family friendly home is only a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 4 miles from ASU. It is close to the Cubs Sloan Park, and Spring Training, It is convenient to Old Town Scottsdale (15 min.), Downtown Phoenix (20 min.), Mill Ave in Tempe (15 min.) and downtown Gilbert (20 min.).
You will have a clean, bright and airy, just remodeled Designer Decorated single-level home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The amenities included are a private heated pool and barbecue grill. Graduation/vacation

The house was in a very good location for what we were doing. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and we used it in the mornings and in the evenings. The set up was perfect for a family. The kitchen area has all the appliances, dishes, etc . We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely comeback.

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful, immaculate well kept property. Decor looks like its straight from a magazine layout. I live a few houses away and was having renovations so this was very convenient Highly recommend.

Sunny Tempe Elegance

The house is in an excellent location with great restaurants and shopping areas within a couple miles. The area roads and highways are remarkable in its order and repair. The heated house pool was the main attraction and source of entertainment. The kitchen amenities provided a sense of home away from home. I would definitely come back to this location.

Property was exactly as described and shown in photos. Everything was clean and well kept and communication with the owner was easy. The outside area was perfection!

Great Home to Stay

Communication with the property owner was easy and he was prompt in his responses. The living space was very large and accommodated us well. There was everything you would ever need in the kitchen to make a meal. Master suite is absolutely perfect with plenty of storage and room to move. The other two bedrooms are small but have adequate closet space but little drawer space.A few things could have used a little more elbow grease like the freezer and the outside patio. The rule book was helpful but the pool instructions were a bit confusing. The washer/dryer were easy to operate and there were plenty of towels for the pool and personal use. I would suggest a few pool items(floats, noodles)would be provided as this is a great pool for kids but deep. Plenty of seating on the outside patio and perfect for morning coffee.This house is in a beautiful neighborhood which is very quiet. Location to the 101 and 202 is easy.We would stay here again.

Amazing home

This home was beautiful and a perfect place to relax and enjoy spring break for 12 days. The pool was amazing and the outside set up was comfortable and cozy. Basil was amazing to work with, very communicative and responsive and goes out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. This location was great and close to so many other cities to visit and explore. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Friends looking for sun

We're a group of six who are now retired and plan a trip together to temporarily escape the cold winter. Our stay was greatly enjoyed by all. There was comfortable space to gather both inside and out. The accommodations met all our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. All of us greatly enjoyed the very spacious outdoor space and pool (that was heated!)

Awesome!!

We loved our stay. The private backyard is very spacious with plenty of shade. The neighborhood has a safe clean feel. If I return to this area I will be looking to stay here again. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! The property owner was easy to communicate with. Overall a great experience.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I usually book VRBO just to Have a great location to get around wherever I am visiting. This VRBO actually made me want to hang out there as well. The outdoor area is perfect for morning coffee, work at home, and evening cocktails. The indoors was great as well, with lots of seating areas, comfortable beds, and on top of it all, the location was perfect to get to everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely be back!

cutest Tempe neighborhood!

We loved our month in Tempe! This home is so conveniently located and nicely appointed. The pool is lovely, the décor is adorable, and the property manager is incredibly responsive. There is a little highway noise, but it wasn't disruptive at all. The neighborhood is wonderful!

Exceeded Expectations

The house was spacious, clean modern and nicely decorated. The home was well stocked with basics such as paper towels, napkins, toilet paper as well as kitchen items including utensils, pots and pans, coffee makers, cleaning items, and more. The outside, including the pool area was beautiful and very comfortable. Bath towels and pool towels were plentiful. A few comfy seating areas along with a large covered patio made the outside inviting and relaxing. Washer and dryer were also available. Communication with the owner was excellent with responses in a timely manner. The four of us enjoyed our five day stay and we highly recommend this home. We were not disappointed.
