Spacious and Updated Condo

Decor was bright and beachy and the open kitchen / living area was very spacious. Extra ice machine was great. Perfect ocean view and close to many restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This is an amazing property in an amazing area. I would highly highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have an absolutely amazing time at the beach. We enjoyed the pool as well and floating along the lazy river was just what we needed after a nice day at the beach. Everything was in walking distance, and the location of the property was amazing. The inside was just as described and completely clean. We definitely will be returning next time. We are in Orange Beach.

The room was very clean, excellent location. The host did the bare minimum. They provide the bare minimum to get you started. They do not go above and beyond at all like most places. You better pack everything you can possibly think of because you will definitely need it.

When we arrived the door code we received did not work and it took quite a while to get that resolved. The floors inside the unit were absolutely filthy.

Awesome space for big group!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo! There were 11 of us in the group, and the space was perfect—plenty of room for everyone, and it never felt crowded. The condo was clean and super comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the balcony—it offered amazing views and was a great place to relax. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with excellent swimming pools and super easy beach access. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Spring break that isn't "spring break"

This was our second time staying on prperty because we loved it the first time. We had a fantastic time in a property that exceeds expectations. Best part is the property makes sure that guests aren't ruining other guests' vacation by being unruly or overly loud. 10/10

No air conditioning the first day and night!Fire alarms went off every time we used the dryer! Reported it and they replaced batteries, but it still happened all week. Dangerous could not use dryer! The beds were very squeaky in back bedroom whenever you moved! We also needed to use the Pull out mattress in the couch and it was stained and flat. Could feel the springs! Unable to use! Stove light did not work! Very disappointed!

The condo was nicely decorated throughout and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. There was ample room for all of us so we never felt cramped. It was located near restaurants, shopping, water activities and more. We definitely plan on going back.

The condo was well kept however it listed one of the bedrooms having 2 queen beds which was really double beds. The kitchen needed a bigger fry pan since the one there was all burnt. Other than that a real nice place to stay. Would come back.

Great Experience

We loved the location and the ability to walk to/from the beach at our leisure. Condo was clean and well cared for with lots of room for our family of 4. Only gripe was with the beds in bedroom 3. Both bed frames were very flimsy and were very loud even with slight movements. Probably an easy fix for the future. Would come back!

Only complaint we had is the floors were not very clean and toilet paper was awful with no refills. Make sure to bring your own paper products and trash bags. And walk around with your shoes on.

It's all about the view.

This property has a wonderful view. It is close to some great restaurants and interesting attractions. However, the beds are not comfortable at all. The kitchen is barely stocked with really cheap appliances, cheap plates and utensils, and we brought our own pan to cook in based on prior reviews. The floor is really dirty and the linens are just so so - think Sams club. We got this on an off week and didn't pay a premium price - but still roughly 1.5 times more than other available properties. Oh and the a/c and or water heater makes this really loud ringing sound several times during the day and night. The view is superb but don't expect luxury accommodations.
