Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 23ème étage donnant directement sur les piscines, la rivière paresseuse et l'océan magnifique! Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les baies vitrées de l'appartement. Avec plus de 1,950 pieds carrés l'unité est très spacieuse et nouvellement meublée. Nous gérons également les unités 3br et 4br à côté si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace.

Les commodités sont abondantes à ce condo de Phoenix West: l'unité est désignée avec des appareils en taille réelle, cuisine carrelée kick plaque de verre avec machine à glaçons, 55 "HDTV écran plat dans le salon et un écran plat 50" HDTV dans le maître et un 42 "HDTV dans la 2ème chambre et 3ème chambre, salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Tous les appareils de cuisine, y compris les comptoirs de granit améliorés et armoires personnalisées. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher principales avec lits King et la 3ème. Br a 2 lits Queen, il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon si vous avez besoin de plus de lits.

Il y a une rivière lente, un toboggan aquatique, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clôturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 4 saunas et des courts de tennis sur le toit.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans aucun remboursement pour violation.

Spring Break 2025

We spent our spring break with another family this year. We were happy with the condo as it accommodated our two families nicely. The open space in the living room, kitchen and dining room made it nice. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer on site!

Sunny Days at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property descriptions were accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. The furniture in all the rooms were very comfortable. If one is short, the bed in the primary suite was high but comfortable. I do have one issue as the place was not up to the regular standards that I expect from VRBO. The floors were dirty as our white socks and the soles of our feet were black from walking on the floors in the unit. I saw several types of cereal under one of the couches and yes, I moved the couch and swept the cereal up as it bugged me. One of the secondary bathrooms had a patch of black stuff on the shower wall. Again, we have never had an issue with cleanliness in a unit at this facility before this visit, so I am hoping that this is an exception as the unit itself was very nice and we would come back here.

Great place!

Clean. Updated. Great view from balcony. Loved the extra ice machine so that we could fill up the cooler for the beach and still have ice in the freezer. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great time spent with family

We have been coming to Orange Beach area for over 25 years. Phoenix West was the best place we have stayed with all of its amenities available. The condo itself was large enough for 3 adults and one 7 year old child. We had a great time and will return next year!!!

The only negative was the king beds were so high I had to crawl in. I’m 5’ 5” and never experienced that before. Needed a step stool.

Lovely condo

Everything was just as advertised. There really was nothing missing. It was our first time to Orange Beach. We would love to return. The condo is very charming! The master bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was perfect. 5 stars!

The 3 bedrooms, 3 baths were perfect. Spent lots of time in the lazy river and pool plus the beach which was less steps away than ever imagined. Perfect place. See you next summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this condo and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. There was ample space for the 5 of us. The unit was clean when we arrived. The only complaints I have are my cell phone did not have service in the unit (I have Verizon which is normally very strong) and the wifi wasn't great. We were working remotely on our vacation, and this made it difficult. I'm assuming it's due to being on the 23rd floor and the size of the building. Otherwise, everything was perfect. One tip is to not go to the grocery store on Saturday or Sunday. Try to wait until Monday after everyone has checked in and gotten their groceries. The lines are insane! We left earlier than the 10am checkout on the Saturday of our departure to avoid the long elevator waits. Would try to arrive and depart on a day other than Saturday in the future due to the traffic coming from Nashville and the grocery lines.

Great place and location

Resort was nice but parking was a nightmare (we had a 15 passenger transit we rented) and could never find a spot. All parking is in a garage so take that into consideration. Overall resort property and location is great.

Great beach getaway

We had a fantastic trip! The condo was amazing and worked well for the 2 families that stayed in the unit. Plenty of space for 8 people, and we weren’t constantly getting in each other’s way.

Excellent and very attentive

Life sometimes throws you lemons, but Charlotte did her best to make lemonade. Circumstances were out of her control but she definitely provided excellent customer service. The condo was amazing. We felt like we were at home. The facility was incredible and everyone was kind and helpful. The beach was so much fun and our entire family enjoyed the lazy River and water slide. Highly recommend this place. Everything you need to relax, make memories, and have the best vacation.

Perfect family winter retreat

I live in Fairhope and my daughter and her family live in New Hampshire. I choose Phoenix West because of the location and size of condo. It was the perfect choice. We watched the Mardi Gras parade, eat at Doc’s and Wolf Bay Lodge that we right across the street. These two restaurants have been family favorites for more than 30 years. The condo provided enough space for everyone to have quiet time. It was more than perfect! The one concern I had the entire stay was the pillows were worn and flat! I spoke with Charlotte, property manager, and she said she would take care of that. You will not be disappointed. The owners even supplied games that we enjoyed.

Beautiful views!

The unit was nice and we found it to be as advertised. Overall the unit was clean, however the carpets in all the rooms are terribly stained! To the point we didn’t want to walk on them barefooted. They definitely, need replaced before we will consider paying and staying in this unit again. We were happy with everything else in this unit. We did find the the maintenance and cleanliness of the public spaces, elevators and hallways were not the best. Sticky drip marks from trash bags to the trash shoot remained almost the entire week. Overall we had a great vacation, we love Orange Beach and visit a few times a year. We will be back!
