Short getaway with the family. Everything was great. Right on the beach. Kids loved the lazy river, and the little water slide that was part of the condo. No complaints.

Les points faibles : Propreté
The furniture was older and not comfortable. The extra bedroom had a pocket door to the bathroom which was broken from the hinges. We called for a repair and didn’t get a response for 2 days. They sent someone out and we were told that the repair was beyond the scope of their technicians. Therefore the door could not be closed to shower or use the restroom for the entire 5 nights. Also walking barefoot on the tile of the unit we realized the floor was dirty and our feet were black from the dirt. We picked Phoenix II because we stayed there 4 years ago in a 4 bedroom unit that was spectacular. We still had a great time and enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Updated furniture in living room would be nice, the sofas are older and uncomfortable.

Thank you for your review, Kim. We were able to get a vendor to repair the pocket door, though unfortunately they were not able to do so until after your departure. We're sorry this issue significantly impacted your stay. Your feedback about the cleanliness will be passed to our housekeeping leadership so we can improve the service we offer our guests. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a much better experience!

The floors were dirty. Our socks got filthy the first night we were there, so my husband vacuumed and mopped the entire condo. Weird thing to forget to clean the floors, the rest of the condo was spotless! Beautiful view, comfortable living and dining areas. It’s exactly as pictured. We called Liquid Life on our first night for a pocket door that came off the track and mold in the ice machine, but we never heard back in 5 days.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate the 5-star review and are glad the condo matched the listing — beautiful view and comfortable living and dining areas. We're very sorry the floors weren't clean on arrival and that your request about the pocket door and mold in the ice machine went unanswered during your stay. That's not the standard we expect. We've shared your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so the floors, pocket door, and ice machine will be inspected and our response procedures reviewed. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Loved the condo!

We loved everything about the condo, accessibility, cleanliness and communicatwith property staff. Only thing we were bummed about is that there was no beach equipment to utilize. Other beach condos always have something like chair, umbrella or toys. We ended up having to buy it all. Other than that small inconvenience, we loved it there and will be back!

Pretty clean and nice views!

Nice spacious stay! Not many places had more bathrooms than bedrooms. This was perfect! Beds were a little firm to our liking but that’s just preference but they are more on the firm side. The place was pretty clean but there were some silverware and kitchenware that still had food left on them and random areas on doors/walls I accidentally touched and were sticky. There was no hand soap so we did go out and get our own which was a bit of a let down. Linens were clean and overall we enjoyed our stay.
