Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 9th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, fully stocked kitchen - everything you need to cook a large family meal. Large 80” flat screen SMART TV n the living room and a flat screen 60" SMART TV in the master, and a 60" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and two queen sized sleeper sofas for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful location, very friendly and family oriented. Great restaurants within walking distance, pristine beaches and the water slide was a huge hit for the little kids!

A Stay — Highly Recommend

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place at Orange Beach! Everything was perfect — the home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. My family loved everything about it, from the stunning views to the easy beach access. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect trip

We stay along the shore of Orange Beach a couple of time each year and this was the best stay we’ve ever had. The condo was gorgeously decorated, beyond spacious, and perfectly clean. There’s nothing that was missing.

Phoenix OB II is our favorite place at Orange Beach (hello, lazy river) and this is the #1 unit in the building. Condo was very nice, amenities were excellent for my children's age ranges, complex was well kept, and everything was centrally located. Only complaint was the lack of a lifeguard at the waterslide. Security was ridiculous and closed down the slide numerous times because one guest would break a "rule". This is unacceptable for the amount of money that you are paying to stay here.

No one was in the lobby for check-in so we couldn’t get our parking pass, however, got it in the morning and thankfully our car wasn’t towed. They have shopping carts in the lobby so you can easily bring your luggage from the car to the room. Never had an issue with elevator wait times. Condo was new, beautiful, spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable stay with kids. In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher were essential conveniences. This condo has lots of plates, utensils, gadgets, glasswear, bowls, etc. We had everything we needed but bring your own dishwashing and laundry tabs and trash bags. Also lots of hooks in the unit to hang your stuff on. Did had one call to management about a small issue but it was promptly resolved. The view from the balcony was incredible. Wonderful way to spend your time enjoying the sights and sounds of being at the beach! The kids had a ball at the pool and lazy river. They provide tubes and there were enough, never a shortage. Always enough loungers, too. Slide was a blast and kept them busy. Wear your provided wristband because management checks to make sure you’re a guest. There is also an indoor pool if you want to take a break from the sun. The beach is a short walk and there are cabana rentals ($$). Some people bring their own and set up in front of the cabanas so that looks like a possible point of conflict for some. When you walk back to the condo the walkway has garden hoses to wash sand off your feet and not drag sand into the building. Zeke’s Marina is across the street. Highly recommend the restaurant and marina. We took a fantastic dolphin cruise on Dolphin Tales. The crew went above and beyond to make sure we saw a momma and baby dolphin. If you have kids this is a must do! Biggest drawback to Orange Beach is lack of crosswalks and traffic lights. People drive like it’s a drag derby. Not a walkable town, y

Lovely Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 stayed at this rental for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was exactly as pictured. We've stayed a numerous rental units and this one had the best stocked kitchen and wet bar we've ever had. With small children, we tend to cook a lot of meals in the unit and were thrilled with the cookware, storage containers, large bowls, stemware, etc. It had everything we needed! The beds were comfortable and we also appreciated the sand toys that came with the unit. The property grounds were well maintained and we enjoyed the pools, hot tub, beach access, and waterslide. It was perfect for our small children. We would definitely stay at this unit again! My only critiques are: 1) the living room was full of furniture. I personally think reducing the furniture would make it easier to navigate the living room; and 2) the bathroom rugs were quite worn and could use a good washing (or replacement). Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Pictures Better than Real Life

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great - can't get closer to the beach, and the overall building amenities were amazing. My kids loved the lazy river, the beach, the hot tub, the slides - all of it! The actual unit, however, was definitely a rental unit and lacked any pride of ownership. One of the beds didn't have any sheets on it when we arrived late in the evening, the bath mats in the master were stained and not washed, the showers were full of scum, there was a visible level of dust/build up on all of the baseboards. Having a separate ice maker in the bar was nice for filling up coolers, and having the washer and dryer was very convenient. I just wished the property management company would step foot in their units to see the quality of the cleaning service and wear and tear of the furniture, towels, and rugs - they all need to be replaced. We were thankful to have nice weather so we didn't have to spend too much time in the unit itself. I'd definitely be back to another Phoenix building - just not this particular property.

One of our priorities is always comfortable furniture and beds and this place did not disappoint. The views were everything you hope for when staying on the beach and the amenities were well worth the cost.Our only suggestion would be that the owners have garbage bags included in the rental. One kitchen garbage bag fills up pretty quick and is a hassle to go out and purchase when spending your time at the condo. Seems like a small, necessity to that would be easy to supply and would definitely help the guests keep things clean.
