Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 85” flat screen SMART TV with surround sound in the living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two chair twin beds in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great Place on the Beach

Great spacious place on the beach. Owner responded very quickly to one very small issue. Indoor pool was awesome! Lazy river was great. Location was great. Close to grocery and restaurants.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay

This property is very beautiful and well maintained. I think its nicest feature is the beautiful view. My family and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio and listening to the waves. I think that it had everything that our family of 4 needed. The gym in the facility was convenient for our use as well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, convenient for shops and resturants. Has a lot to offer in kitchen appliances and dishes, cups, glasses. Furniture is not comfortable, patio furniture was not good for dining on balcony. A table and chairs on balcony would be a great option to take in the Gulf while snacking, drinking, di ing or relaxing g would have been a better option. Second bedroom furniture left very little room to move and we kept hitting our legs on the footboard. Great condo but the furniture choices were practice choices. Building was very clean and quiet. Parking was always close to lobby and elevators. All elevators were working and clean. Very safe and very clean.

Very nice!

The condo was spacious, clean, well decorated, and extremely stocked with kitchenware. Loved the separate wet bar and ice machine, it definitely came in handy. The balcony was cozy with the couch. Beaches were beautiful and not too crowded. Overall it was a great stay!

Best vacation ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was very clean and smelled wonderful. The ocean view was everything you can imagine. Access to the beach is super eas, with hoses and showers on the boardwalk to get the sand off on the way out. Parking was super easy, check in was smooth! They have large shopping carts available to pack your belongings in and out, which was wonderful. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were very clean, and well maintained. Will be back!!!

Would Definitely Return to this Unit

Everything very well appointed, clean and in good working order, including the TVs and internet. Loved having the 3rd bathroom. We did have someone knock to do pest control service, but we asked them to reschedule since we did not have a heads up about this and weren't sure if it was legit.

Common issue I’ve noticed at all the Pheonix condos I’ve stayed at. You shouldn’t be able to wet a rag and wipe it across the floor on the day you check in and it be black.The pool and beach access is 5 star. Well kept

Another Good Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year staying in this unit and the 7th year working with Phoenix Rentals. The condo was clean and ready to move in when we arrived. It has an abundance of dinnerware and cookware (makes it feel like home). Everything was in good working condition. We were short some towels and cleaning supplies but Phoenix Rentals delivered what we needed by the end of our first day. They are a top notch company. Their reservation, check in and out processes were seamless. The building is also well maintained and located on a prime spot of the beach. It's close to several good restaurants (we stay for a month and never have to repeat) and shops. There are enough activities in the area to keep you as busy as you want or you can choose to spend the day on the beach or on the pool deck. The only "negative" for us is the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced (it's been saggy for the past 2 years). Other than that, we look forward to returning next year. This is our "home away from home."

The condo features a large balcony with comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for enjoying sunsets and views of the ocean. The interior was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bar are fully equipped and have everything you need. The bedrooms had great beds and the living room offers a cozy seating area for watching tv, hanging out or playing games. The location was perfect. This is an ideal retreat for a luxurious coastal getaway.
