Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Stunning views from our 26th floor condo with panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, King bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen with a twin over full bunk in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 11.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would stay again. Very clean and well maintained property. The pool, lazy river, and slide were great for the kids. We were disappointed the smoke alarm was not installed (sitting inside the entertainment system) in the living room wall and the knob to the master tub kept falling off but we never called to have it fixed. Otherwise it was a great experience. Hope to stay next year.

The only lamp in the living area did not work and we tried changing bulbs, moving it to another outlet and checking all wall switches. We also had only one dishrag, one dish towel and no pot holders in the kitchen.

We had 4 under 7 so the indoor/outdoor pools and being on the beach was just right depending on the weather each day. The room was large enough for the 2 families and kids. Each room has its own bathroom which is great. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for the number of people. The starter set of toiletries was disappointing. No dish soap and only 1 dish towel and cloth and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Not having beach towels is disappointing as that is heavy to pack in luggage when flying. I would stay again though as that was not a deal breaker.

However, we have stayed in this unit before and we’re disappointed that items reported broken or needed to replace had not been fixed: ice machine at the bar, master bathroom toilet handle is broken and the toilet runs. Throw rugs in the unit are filthy and need replacing.

Family Friendly Location and Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time our family visited Orange Beach. Our family of 5 shared the condo with another family of 3 with plenty of room to spare. The indoor outdoor pools with hot tub, splash pad, lazy river, and water slide were a great spot for the kids to play when they wanted a break from the beach. Although the outdoor pool was not heated and for some reason felt colder than the ocean. Would recommend this is warmed especially for the littler kids... and moms :).No basics are left in the condo (salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc) which is clearly explained in the details, but something to note when going to the store. Also no chairs or beach towels are provided. Again, all clear in the instructions but a really nice perk when renting on the beach. Beach service was good although hard to find the attendant if you needed anything with umbrellas. Lots of great restaurant options to choose from and easy travel (compared to Destin traffic as an example).Overall, we loved the location and condo! Definitely recommend for families and will consider coming back next year.

My grandsons LOVED the water slide and lazy river. Absolutely perfect in every way!!! (WARNING - the sliding doors do whistle during high winds but that is due to the height of the condo) Every employee we encountered was extremely nice and did everything they could to make sure that our stay was the best it could be.

We did feel like the living room carpet could have been vacuumed better and during our stay we tried to vacuum it but the vacuum in the condo was full and we didn’t feel it was our job to empty it. There was plenty of dishes for us to use and the pans and other cookware was great! Loved the balcony and the furniture was in good shape. The pool area was clean and the kids loved the lazy river and slide when we weren’t on the beach. Overall it was a great place to stay. The property manager was great! He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions.

Great building and room layout

First time to the building. Communication great with property manager. The building property was super convenient and loved the covered parking and no gates to get to parking. However, the room was just not clean. Floor was dirty and gritty. Personal items were left on the couch and master bedroom sheets were gritty and looked dirty. We went and bought sheets. The bed itself and pillows were super hard The ice maker super convenient but very loud all night and outside the master bedroom. The washer and dryer also extremely loud. The balcony and furniture on balcony was perfect. Overall, not a bad stay but cleanliness needs to be addressed.

Great stay for 2 couples

It is rare that we find a condo rental that has 2 kings so that 2 couples can travel and sleep comfortably. This unit was great in that respect. We liked the building - very convenient to everything and the garage parking was a plus. Unit could have been a little cleaner but we took care of the deficiencies ourselves. Overall, I would recommend the unit and the area!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great except for the cleanliness. The floors did not get cleaned before our arrival. There was a ton of sand on the floors and even a large spill spot on the tile floor. Clearly, the floors were not swept or mopped. The master bath was also not the cleanest and the floors in this bathroom were disgusting. Hair and sand everywhere. It was also clear that counter tops did not get wiped down. The location was great with the short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Especially liked the separate ice maker in the bar area. We would stay at a Phoenix property again, but not this same condo due to the poor cleaning.
