It was a great stay. It was a very clean complex. The condo we stayed in had an incredible view of the ocean and had a great balcony that wrapped around so it faced both the pool and the ocean.

Love WinSan and C315

C315 has the hands-down best view at WinSan. You'll never regret climbing the stairs to stay here. The condo is clean and comfortable, and the wrap-around porch is fabulous. WinSan is a few steps from Flagler. Plenty of parking for our cars. It's the perfect place to stay right on the beach.

We stayed at the Win-San for my son's wedding weekend and it was a perfect location. Our unit was perfect for our family and the views were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fabulous!

Great condo, great complex! Love the ocean view from the wrap around porch. Can't get enough of the perfect location--walk to dining, shopping, drinks and ice cream! The pool area is beautiful with lovely landscaping and everyone is so friendly! Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful view over both the ocean and the pool. The wrap around balcony and the the third floor allowed us to have a great view over the ocean and along the beach. The condo was well equipped and spacious. Location is great too right along Flagler Avenue.

Another wonderful week in New Smyrna Beach!

As always, our unit was clean,comfortable, and well appointed. The views from C-315 are spectacular. There's nothing quite like sitting on the balcony enjoying a morning cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Great location - apt OK

The location is really nice. The apt was comfortable but, there were several small issues that sort of dampened our overall opinion. It felt as though the apartment, in some areas, has not been well-maintained, or updated.

Gorgeous!

Great condo, great location! Really enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the balcony; walked to dinner. Sometimes we would cook using the grills on site. Pool area feels like a garden oasis and the ocean is literally steps away. Since this is a corner unit, you can see the ocean from three sides, inside and out. Everyone was really friendly. Loved it, can't wait to come back...

Beautiful view! Condo needs to be updated....same throw rugs have been there for many years. Mattresses are definitely older & need replacing, bed linens, towels, cutlery/cookware, throw pillows, etc. I personally knew the original owner of this condo and know that everything in there has been the same for 18+ years!!!! Owner needs to update quite a lot for the price of this rental!

Breathtaking View!

The views are unbelievable! Whether on the outside deck or looking outside, the view is spectacular. My husband said he didn't need to get his feet in the sand as sitting on the porch was fine with him. We had breakfast and lunch in the kitchen overlooking the north beach, cocktails on the balcony being lulled by the waves and dinner on Flagler enjoying the within walking distance options. Can't wait to come back and stay in C315 again.

We love Win San

We love staying at Win San, we've been going there for years. This unit is very nice and up to date. We will definitely be coming back. Our only hope is that eventually they start to heat the pool in the complex. Every time we go the pool is colder than the ocean, we've never been there with the pool actually heated. So in late fall or early spring (the times we've visited), we rarely see anyone swimming in the pool. For our kids to actually not want to swim in it you know the water is cold.

Condo condition, cleanliness, ease of booking, views, and location were all top notch. I can't say enough about this location. The condo is so close to the ocean that while sitting on the balcony you felt as if you were on the beach. I was on a few work meetings and people couldn't get over the sound of waves in the background. The condo is located right next to the main strip so if you need to come back for a few minutes in between bar stops you are just steps away. Everything you need is in the immediate area and there isn't a need to drive anyplace. Don't feel like going out. Sit on the large private balcony overlooking the ocean. Fell in love with the place. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I were very happy with the condo. We stayed two weeks. It is a very nice place with an amazing view. During our stay we booked it again for two weeks next year. We love NSB and love this place. We have tried many places and this is by far the best. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pans, etc. Tara, Dehlia and Adam were all extremely helpful and very accommodating. We brought our own EBikes and they made sure they were in a safe place for us. My only suggestion would be that when staying two weeks we get towels refreshed after the first week at no extra charge. I had to wash them myself. When on vacation, laundry is not really something I like to do. Hopefully, this can be taken care of next year. Overall, we would highly recommend the unit as well as New Smyrna Vacation Condos!

Love it!

This condo is a dream come true. The furnishings, the kitchen, but most of all the porch and the view. The huge wrap around porch is covered and shady. There is always a wonderful breeze blowing. You'd have to work hard to not chill out here. My only complaint is the bathroom fans are very noisy. A minor issue in a place this perfect.

The most ideal location!

Ocean front right next to Flagler Ave. We've already rebooked for next year. Wifi it a bit difficult to connect to but maybe that's just the universe saying to take the time to unwind!
