Enjoy a fun and relaxing, fresh-air getaway in New Smyrna Beach at this 2-bed, 2-bath, direct oceanfront condo with outdoor pool, heated during winter months. One of New Smyrna's favorite casual oceanfront restaurants and bars is right next door where you may enjoy a relaxing breakfast, a seafood lunch, or live music right on the water. Historic Flagler Ave is a few blocks away. Here you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars as well as shops and galleries for your off-beach excursions. For rainy days or just a break from the sun, the common recreation room has a pool table, foosball table, and arcade games. The full-size kitchen is fully stocked and a coin laundry is on premises. BEACH GEAR PROVIDED: 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and basic beach toys.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK. BY BOOKING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE BELOW HOUSE RULES:
1) There is only 1 car allowed per condominium rules. Depending on availability, you may be able to request one day guest pass for any visitors during the day, but the pass is not eligible for overnight parking. If you need to park a second car overnight, it is your responsibility to research off-premises locations to park the second car. If you rent a golf cart, you may retrieve a golf-cart parking pass and park the cart in the area designated for golf carts. Golf carts will be towed if parked in the car parking lot. When you arrive, please immediately retrieve your parking pass from the front desk and place in your car prior to unloading. Any towing fees / damages incurred as a result of not following the above rules are the responsibility of the guest.

2) There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Guests swim at their own risk. In order to maintain the safest pool environment possible, a specialty key is required to enter the pool gate. In case of loss, the specialty key cannot be copied by us and must be replaced by the our condominium association, who charges a fee of $500 for replacement. Fees for lost keys will be passed down to guests, so please take extra care to not lose the key. Please return the key to the bowl by the door upon checkout.

3) By using the provided beach gear, guests are agreeing to rinse the sand from the beach gear after each use. The hose is located to the left of the front entrance of the building, when facing the building. When sand remains on the gear, it rusts within weeks and fails, resulting in unhappy guests. Please be considerate for others staying after you by preserving the equipment through proper care.

Perfect location

The perfect location for enjoying the beach and taking in all the NSB activities on Flagler. Everything walkable. The staff at the condo was incredible. The pool was an added bonus! Did not realize it was so nice! Overall great stay.

Wonderful

This location is perfect! Steps away from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants with my 5 and 9 year old. The pool was warm and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with essentials like salt and pepper, sugar and cooking oil. There was even some coffee there which I appreciated on our first morning. The hosts are easy to connect with. We will be back for sure!

New Smyrna

This is really a nice unit. We spent hours on the balcony relaxing and watching the activity below. If you want to swim there is a pool, and the ocean with a life guard near by. Great breakfast place right next door (Tony and Joe's ??) and a great lunch place (Breakers) a short wall away. The is a nice boardwalk park near by. It is close to some great restaurants (The Garlic, the Riverview), plus the main street of shops, restaurants, and ice creme shops. This is a great stay for everyone!

Fabulous family time

Beautiful condo with a wonderful view and perfect location! The Codi had everything we needed/wanted and more for our stay. My 6 year old niece loved the trundle bed and we all loved the heated pool since it was a little chilly out. The condo was super clean and very nicely decorated. The owners were very helpful and nice. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great location and AMAZING view!

This spot is all about location and its stunning view. As soon as we walked in,we could see the ocean! We were steps from the beach and Flagler. The check in process was extremely easy and the communication with Stephanie was great. She reached out a couple days before to let us know the ac was broken and the part needed to fix it wouldn’t arrive in time. She gave us a couple options for this which we greatly appreciated and it all ended up working out. There were just a couple of cons. The cleanliness could have been better. There was very visible mold growth on the corners of the window in the kitchen and the floors in the kitchen were grimey with debris. Second, the parking, you must make sure your parking pass is extremely visible. There was literally a tow truck guy looking to tow people.It was aggressive. I understand wanting to make sure that the people in the lot are parked legally but this approach/set up for people paying thousands of dollars to stay somewhere just seemed wrong. Our pass was visible on the console and we still got towed. It was 160 (cash only) plus the Lyft to retrieve our car from a junk yard.There was another renter complaining to the front desk as he was literally checking in.He came outside with his pass and the tow truck was putting his car on the truck. Again I understand the rules that need to be enforced, but there could be a better system in place when you’re paying good money to stay. Something to bring up to the HOA?

Views and sound of waves are just wonderful! Place is clean and comfortable. Other than renovations happening, I would definitely recommend staying here :’). Stephanie was wonderful to communicate with.

Beautiful Views plus Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this property. My husband and I brought his elderly dad who thoroughly enjoyed watching the ocean from the comfortable balcony. We walked on the beach and did some shore fishing and loved walking to Flagler Avenue for the restaurants and shopping. Driving on the beach was fun too! The condo is perfect: great kitchen with everything we needed, two bedrooms and two bathrooms that were comfortable and large, plenty of extra towels and blankets, and a lovely beachy themed living room with a dining area. We could see the ocean from everywhere. It was very clean, easy to check in with a code for the door. The instructions from Stephanie and Rich were excellent, especially as they emphasized the importance of making sure you get your parking pass right away before taking up your belongings. We appreciated knowing that. As well, they were very responsive when I had a couple of questions during the week before our visit. We would go back!

Loved it!

Definitely as advertised! Loved the layout of the unit and perfect location right on the beach. On the balcony at night we saw shooting stars and loved listening to the waves crash onto the shore. The location to Flagler Ave was great for walking to the shops and restaurants. Stephanie is a great host and communication was easy. Would definitely return!

My friend and I loved the condo! It was so clean,beautiful and everything was top quality from the beds, patio set, to the silverware and toilet paper/ I would highly recommend this owner to anyone,. Added plus was the personell at the front desk were so pleasant and friendly!

Relax and Unwind

The property was well maintained, very clean, comfortable, and safe. The condo is truly oceanfront and they have a perfect beach access. I was surprised how easy it is to walk to the downtown area! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice getaway

This is one of the better units at Oceania. Having the beach chairs and towels was great. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. It’s also convienant to the elevator.
