Craig & Cindy Truman Annex Foundry Townhouse is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse in the best location in all of Key West....Truman Annex. Truman Annex is a six block gated community right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach, 2 blocks from Duval Street, and right next to the nightly Sunset Festival at Mallory Square. While a parking spot is provided...a car is not needed as you can walk to everything! The townhouse features a king bed, 2 twin beds (or request a conversion to a king bed) and a sleeper sofa. First floor features an open floor plan with a large living room and kitchen along with a 1/2 bath and outside deck. The second floor features bedroom #1 with an En Suite full bathroom and private balcony. The third floor features bedroom #2 with an En Suite full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and everything you need to cook, including such essentials as a blender for those fun drinks, coffee maker for the next morning, and a microwave for the late night popcorn! Each bedroom has a flat panel TV and there is a large 55" Smart TV in the living room. Includes an Amazon Echo with Bluetooth so you can play music from your phone or just tell "Alexa" to play your favorite song. Blu Ray DVD player with movies and much more! Ceiling fans in every room plus central air. Internet service provided at no additional cost. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are included. This Townhouse sleeps up to six when using the queen sleeper sofa.

Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible.

Great stay. Detailed info from owners in advance. Very organized ! Beautifully clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. Peaceful but two blocks from the action.

Wonderful location!

Wonderful stay! Close to everything so we walked everywhere. Mallory Square, restaurants, bars, museums, etc. The property is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We loved it. Would recommend and would stay again! Only reason it is not 5 stars is due to little things: no bath mats (tile floors should have bath mats...found some on day 2 in a closet on 1st floor while looking for a broom). Also no set of sheets for sofa bed. Found one king top sheet on 3rd floor and a twin sheet on 2nd floor. We made do. Washer and dryer had items in them. The cleaners were still there at check in and they took towels out of dryer but left comforters in washer. All easily correctable and nothing major.

Fantastic!

This beautiful property is in a perfect Key West location. We could walk or ride our bikes everywhere. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, safe and had enough space for our family of 6 adults with everything we needed. We did have a problem with a shower faucet but maintenance came and took care of it quickly. Before arriving Cindy emailed us a list of things to do/see and companies that they personally recommended, every one that we used was fantastic. We would come here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Great location and accommodations

We stayed in #14 and loved it. Property was clean, close to everything, and as good as advertised. Beds were in good shape, the kitchen and grill allowed for meals at home (though it's pretty hard to find a bad restaurant in Key West), and once inside the unit, it is as quiet as can be. There were four of us there and there was more than enough space for the family to feel at home. The reservation process was easy and the owners were great to deal with. The location is so close to town that we didn't bother with a rental car and found walking made things even more enjoyable. Rented a golf cart when heading for the beach and did ride-share to/from the airport. Would recommend that to anyone not opposed to walking a few miles each day. Wish we had a few more days to enjoy the location. We will definitely be returning and staying with Craig and Cindy.

Truman Annex Foundry Townhouses have very cool bedroom layouts that take up the entire 2nd and 3rd floor. The 2nd floor features a king bedroom and full bathroom. The 3rd floor features two twin beds (or request that we convert it to a king bed) and full bathroom. Of course each level has privacy doors so you can access the 3rd floor bedroom without entering the 2nd floor bedroom.
