Shipyard Condominiums sont situés dans la prestigieuse communauté fermée de Truman Annex, dans la vieille ville de Key West. Les condos sont situés à 2 pâtés de maisons de Duval Street et de toutes les attractions de la vieille ville Key West. Les propriétés se trouvent également à ¼ de mile du parc national de Fort Zachary Taylor. La propriété est équipée avec laveuse / sécheuse, casseroles / poêles, serviettes, draps, ont la climatisation centrale, parking dans la rue, et l'accès à la piscine. Ce cottage de chantier naval est une maison de ville sur deux étages dotée d’une cour privée au premier niveau.

Construction 8am - HORRIBLE

Every morning there was 8 am construction couldn’t sit in the deck because of the falling debris. Kitchen drawer had no handle. The outside deck had no canopy like in the pictures. Other than that we had a great time.

Vacationing in Paradise

The property was very clean, quiet and a very good location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The only issues with the condo was the upstairs toilet seat , bathroom hooks and toilet paper roll were loose. Was a little disappointed in the upstairs second bedroom which didn't have a bed or couch. Be sure to put security warning on the step out into this bedroom, drops suddenly. Water in downstairs toilet didn't fill high enough. But overall, we would stay here again.

It has that 80’s beach house feel. Steps away from the pool and easy walk to town. Loved it!

Great Place to Stay

This was a great rental in a great location, and the management was very clear, helpful, and easy to reach. One thing to note is that the master suite does not have a door (as noted in other reviews), and the sound does travel from downstairs. Loved the location and the amenities.

Great Stay close to everything

Loved this property. Just as described. Would suggest renting bikes to get around everywhere. Beach is 5 min bike. sunset 2 min bike downtown key west 2 mins.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the cottage was wonderful. I loved the location. I had only two concerns with upstairs bathroom the flooring needed tender loving care mold around the edges. The linens of the king size bed needed better inspection. The bottom sheet and mattress pad were stained. I did not realize this until I stripped bed covers at end of trip. I think a linen service should be used. We had a beautiful rooster and hen visit every morning while having coffee on the back patio. I have been to Key west many times and this location is the best to go to restaurants & entertainment. Too many good restaurants to name. blue Heaven is two blocks away and has great food and across the street from Blue Heaven is a French restaurant which is also great. I definitely would recommend this cottage and area to stay for your visit to Key West.

Perfect key west location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 6 rented for a week. The good: the location is perfect. Close to everything, a bike ride away to the beach, shops, the water, restaurants, museums. We didn’t move our car all week. Very quiet. Beds were comfy. Quality towels and sheets.The ok - kitchen is tiny. If you want to cook, this wouldn’t be the rental for you. The upstairs area is spacious, but there’s no privacy. The fan in the upstairs was very loud, and sounded as if it might need a repair. Space was moderately clean, but I think this is an area that could be improved. Overall, we had a great week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at a lot of places in the Annex, it's the only place we stay in KW and this was by far one of the best. We've used Compass many times and they are always easy and professional to work with. The condo is in a great location, great condition, great outdoor space, could have used a grill but not sure if they are allowed in the condo section. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. If there was anything to complain about and there wasn't really, the kitchen was tiny and only one person at a time could fit but not a big deal at all, we managed just fine.

Nice getaway

We had a great week! The place was very clean and had updated bathrooms. We had no issues with anything. We did have 6 adults but the place would probably work better for a family of six based on only 2 bathrooms and the way the rooms are set up. Please also consider adding to the after hour check in instructions that the lock boxes are at the rental office not on the door. We did get an email but it went to spam so didn’t see it but that info isn’t included in the instructions in other places. Thanks for a great week!

Great location!

The property was very clean and actually looked better in person than online. looks like some recent updates may have been made. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to almost everything all week. Had a few questions regarding the property, management company was very helpful. Didn’t like the Master which was a loft, not private and all noises can be heard because it can’t be closed off. The only other issue we had was the pest control company knocked but then entered the property and wanted to spray. Would have been helpful if we had been advised. Overall, it was a good stay, enjoyed the week very much.
