SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your family gatherings and special events. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1206 is a stunning one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Immediately unwind in this beautiful space filled with comfortable furnishings and decorative finishes throughout. From the wooden ceiling beams in the living room, to the sea blue tiles in the kitchen, to the inlaid beach mural in the master suite, unique touches abound. Cozy up in the living room and catch a game on the flat-screen TV or gather around the dining room table for conversation or a board game. Prepare meals and snacks for the beach in the fully appointed kitchen, then relax on the private balcony for an evening sunset. Recline on the sleeper sofa in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Destin is renowned for its beaches, fishing, shopping, golf, and dining. You’ll find SunDestin Beach Resort’s central location ideal for virtually anything you might choose to explore!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
