CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

There’s no shortage of ways to unwind at SunDestin Beach Resort, located right in the heart of Destin, FL. Just steps from the sugar, white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the resort boasts an array of amenities to ensure your trip is a memorable one. Grab cool drinks and snacks in the lobby gift shop and head out to the newly-renovated outdoor pool. Enjoy seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (additional fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Peruse from the complimentary DVD rental selection. Head over to the fitness facility for a workout and get in some laps in the indoor pool (heated seasonally). Unwind from daily activities in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Should you need it, SunDestin Beach Resort has loads of meeting space for your personal or professional functions. Should any questions arise during your stay, our cordial and knowledgeable Scenic Stays team will be available via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

Talk about bright and cheerful! SunDestin Unit 0311 is a delightful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Cozy up in this colorful beachfront retreat bathed in the colors of the sea. The fully-appointed kitchen is the perfect spot for preparing evening meals or poolside snacks. Lounge in the living room and catch a game or movie on the large flat-screen TV. When it’s time to get some shuteye, choose from twin bunks nestled in the hall, the sleeper sofa in the living room, or the master suite with king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Outdoor activities are abundant in Destin, FL, including paddle boarding, snorkeling, and kayaking. Head over to the Destin harbor, rent a pontoon for the day, and soak up the Florida sunshine with locals and visitors alike!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
