Pick up some treasures for friends back home in the lobby gift shop, select from an assortment of complimentary DVD rentals, and reserve meeting room space for your next business function. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0702 is a charming one bedroom, one bathroom condo accommodating up to four. With sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, this unit boasts a soothing color palette, comfy decor, and a homey feel. You’ll find plenty of cozy seating in the living room and chairs for four at the dining table. Take a catnap mid-day on the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything needed to create fabulous meals and entertain, with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Retire at day’s end in the master suite with king-sized bed or in the living room with sofa bed, both equipped with flat-screen televisions.



SunDestin Beach Resort, located in the heart of Destin, is just minutes from a multitude of outdoor activities. Book a private excursion on a catamaran, take the kids on a family-friendly pirate cruise, or embark on a SNUBA adventure. There’s definitely something for everyone to enjoy in Destin, FL!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
