Villa Stella with Private Swimming Pool, Sea View, Terraces and Parking

VILLA STELLA is a lovely two-storey private villa for 12 people. It is approximately 340 square metres in size and features a private swimming pool, private garden, parking, heating and Wi-Fi. You’ll be able to enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea from Villa Stella. The villa is divided into two separate sections: the main house and the 17thcentury Saracen tower.

Villa Stella is located about 4 km from Sorrento in Massa Lubrense. With its rich historical and natural heritage and landscape, the region of Massa Lubrense is guaranteed to have something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for history and archaeology or relaxing beaches and unspoiled nature, Massa Lubrense has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.

You will be approximately 500 metres from the centre of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. The closest beach is about 2 km away.

For a comfortable stay at Villa Stella, we recommend having a car available, which you can park for free on site. Access to Villa Stella is via a narrow road which is not suitable for large 4x4s, campervans or caravans, so we recommend a small car. Alternatively, you can park along the public road (the actual distance may vary depending on availability of spaces).

There are just 5 easy steps between the parking area and the entrance to the villa.

The villa boasts a wonderful view of Massa Lubrense and the Gulf of Naples, and the numerous olive trees, lemon trees, terraces and meadows make this a true oasis of peace.

THE ABOVE GROUND SWIMMING POOL measures 3 x 5 m and is available from early April until late October. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, and from here you’ll be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

THE FIRST TERRACE is equipped with tables and chairs, a pizza oven and a barbecue. You access the terrace from the first living room.


MAIN VILLA

GROUND FLOOR

THE FIRST LIVING ROOM is bright and tastefully decorated and contains a fireplace, TV, sofas and armchairs. You’ll have access to the first terrace from here.

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a comfortable four-poster bed and has a window overlooking the garden. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access to the bedroom is via the corridor.

THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains two single beds and has a window overlooking the terrace. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. Access to the bedroom is via the corridor.

THE SECOND BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet and bath. Access to the bathroom is via the corridor.

In the laundry area, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Access to the laundry area is via the living room.


UPPER FLOOR (access from the ground floor up a wide, comfortable staircase of 27 steps)

THE SECOND TERRACE is furnished with a table and sofas, and is partially covered by a bamboo pergola. Access to the terrace is via the second living room.

THE THIRD TERRACE features a gym area, sun loungers, armchairs and a hot tub for four people. You’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. Access to the third terrace is up 18 steps from the second terrace.

THE SECOND LIVING ROOM is comfortably furnished and contains armchairs, sofas, a TV and a dining table for 12 people. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, an electric oven, an espresso coffee machine, a fridge with freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, a sandwich toaster and other small appliances. Access to the kitchen is via the living room.

THE THIRD BEDROOM contains two single beds and has a window overlooking the garden. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access to the bedroom is via the corridor.

THE THIRD BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is via the corridor.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will have access to a small private balcony with a partial view of the sea. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, bidet, bath and a hairdryer. Access to the bedroom is via the corridor.


THE TOWER

GROUND FLOOR

THE LIVING ROOM is extremely comfortable and contains a double sofa bed and a TV.

THE BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet and a shower cubicle. Access to the bathroom is via the living room.


UPPER FLOOR (access from the ground floor up an internal staircase of 17 steps)

THE BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, a fridge and an espresso machine and is fitted with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bedroom offers a magnificent view of the surroundings of Sorrento from its double windows. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer.
From the bedroom, you will have access up a spiral staircase of 30 steps to a roof terrace furnished with armchairs where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.


Important things to know

- Tourist Tax: 3,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
- Heating not included. Will be charged 40,00 Euros per day of use to be paid on site.
- Damage deposit: 500,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
