Mario and Bruno were wonderful hosts. Extremely accommodating. Bruno had great recommendations for local restaurants and tours. Apartment is in walking distance of Sorrento sites and restaurants. Comfortable beds and a light cleaning service.

Great time in Sorrento

This property is exactly what you think of when you picture Sorrento. It was very clean, comfortable, and a fun place to be in. I have never met a host who was right on top of things. Always communicating with me, made sure things were how I wanted them, provided information on places to eat, entertainment, market shopping, etc. Would I stay here again? Most definitely!!!

Sorrento at it's Best!!!

My Family and I really enjoyed our stay in Sorrento and these accommodations were amongst the best of our stay in Italy. The proximity to the Beaches and other attractions made getting around so easy! Mario and Bruno were both very gracious and attentive hosts, who from our online booking thru our departure remained responsive to all our inquiries. Great restaurant recommendations!!! Great location - Great Property

Our family loved it! We spent 3 nights in Sorrento and this was a perfect spot for us. The location was ideal - our kids (early 20s/teens) could go down easily for dinner and to shop. The neighborhood was so safe and the location was **perfect**. There are groceries on the way home from the town center so you can easily pick up breakfast or snacks. You are close to the train station. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations - including the best tip which was to take the elevator to the beach :) Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom apt. It has a central location walkable to ports, trains, several grocery stores & restaurants. The place is spotless. AC worked efficiently. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Mario was most helpful and gave us some very useful tips & information. The master bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was of high quality. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Lovely flat ,central location

Easy checkin ,was met at property.Very nice.Lovely clean 2 bedroom apartment ,in easy reach of centre ,Marinas,and train station.Cleaner came in daily to clean and chsnge bins.Marina Grand a short 15 minute walk ,and central Sorrento 5 min walk away.Marina with Ferries 15 min walk ,Station about 10 minites away.Every thing needed in the flat.We visited Caserta Royal Palace ,Capri, Pompeii, Amalfi town, Herculaneum and Naples.Sorrento is so beautiful, and a great place to have as a base.The flat was great with its air-conditioning in all rooms after such great adventures Thankyou ,we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location .

Bruno met us and provided a great orientation . There is a wine store just up the street that sells wine from vats by the liter. The Primitvo was as good as as I've had anywhere and it was 3 euros . There's a grocery store next door . It's an easy walk to the train station .and to almost every place you want to go in Sorrento . The place was clean ,comfortable ,quiet ,and about as convenient as you can get .

Nice Flat, Close to Sorrento

The flat was as described - comfortable and only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Sorrento. It had everything we needed for the 2 nights we stayed there. The shower is a little small, but it worked just fine. The flat is located in an apartment building and I was able to hear the neighbor, right next door watching TV until about 10:30 pm, but I was still able to fall asleep. The beds were comfortable. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to cook. Bruno, answered all our questions and was quick to respond when we needed him.

Very nice apartment in Sorrento

This apartment was clean and had a nice feel about it. The beds were comfortable and the shower, while snug, worked fine. The building has a back entrance which required navigating around some construction on an adjacent property. But there is an elevator to the top floor unit.The manager of the unit had someone meet us outside the building and check in was smooth and informative.The building is just a couple of blocks from Sorrento’s Main Street which is full of restaurants and bars. And it is just an 8-10 minute walk to the train station.I believe the listing advertised a dryer but it only had a drying rack. But the washing machine worked fine.

Everything Within Walking Distance

This flat was a great location with Sorrento as our base. Everything we did was within walking distance. Starting with the bus from Naples airport which took us to the train station in Sorrento. We then picked up some breakfast at the market around the corner and walked into the old part of Sorrento every day for our meals and shopping. When we went on tours of Pompeii, Capri, and the Amalfi coast, we simply met at a point that was within walking distance and either took a a bus, train, or boat to our destination. The best thing about our stay was Bruno!! He was basically like a concierge, giving us restaurant recommendations and helping us with all the little things that came up during our stay! All and all it was a wonderful vacation and I highly recommend this rental!

Excellent apartment in Sorrento!

This apartment in the heart of Sorrento was perfect for our family of 4 (daughters 21 and 17). The apartment was clean, cozy and convenient for everything we needed. There is a nice market just around the corner. The apartment is walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment has automatic wooden shades on every window so the apartment can turn very dark for restful sleep! Our host (Bruno) was fantastic! He was very accommodating with stellar communication. He gave us a wonderful list of delicious restaurants. We hope to stay here again!! One note which was clearly included in the description but you may want to consider is sleeping arrangements in the second bedroom: very nice bedroom and single bed but the additional single in the twin bedroom (pulls out from under bed) is smaller so it will work well for young children but not as well for older children. One of our daughters slept on the couch which was fine just fyi.

Loved It

The place was very nice and quite close to the bustling areas while just far enough away from it. Parking was also readily available close by (for a Sorrento price). We very much enjoyed our time and felt right at home. Will a baby and too many bags we also appreciated the elevator, a rarity on our trip. 3 things to note: Make note of the cleaning fee and confirm what that covers. It was a shock on arrival as we had overlooked it but the. We’re surprised by some level of daily service. Take time to learn the A/C controls especially the sweep function otherwise it is very localized and hard to balance. It would be nice if they fix the master bed. It dips considerably on the entry side. We never did report it so won’t hold it against them.

Nice modern apartment - top floor

We enjoyed this immaculately clean, modern, and well equipped apartment conveniently located in Sorrrento. Easy walking to train station, central Sorrento, and the shoreline. Communications from Mario and Bruno were excellent but because our phones were limited to wi-fi, we were not as responsive as we could have been - be sure to get at least a data-sim card when you visit Italy! The weather in mid-November was perfect and Pompeii and Herculaneum and the Circumvesuviana trains were less crowded and more comfortable than in the hot peak summer season. (The downside was that at the end of Sorrento's tourist season some better restaurants were starting to shut down for their winter breaks. But enough were still open to provide options. And bakeries and groceries were nearby.) The only caution is that even though the apartment is on the building's top floor, there was a fair amount of traffic noise from the road if the windows were left open. We would stay again and recommend the apartment highly.

Bruno and Mario were very responsive and had plenty of good tips! The apartment is nice and very well located. Only suggestion for improvement - leave a broom available so that the guests can dust off the sand during their stay ;-)

Appartement idéal pour visite de Sorrento, Capri et côte amalfitaine

Bel appartement plein centre de Sorrente proche de la gare et en face d une station de bus. Petite épicerie italienne au bas de l immeuble et supermarché à 200m. Très bon accueil de Mario qui a géré avec beaucoup de réactivité les problèmes de clim que nous avons eu pendant le séjour.

Excellent apartment in excellent location

This apartment is in a residential area a few minutes' walk from the centre. This was our third stay in Sorrento and the best location yet. Mario was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and responded promptly to any communications. The apartment is clean, well decorated, comfortable with all mod cons including balcony. The beds are great and there are proper shutters on the windows keep the apartment cool. The apartment is above a little salumeria which is handy for bread, meats, yoghurt etc in the morning for breakfast. There is a pizzeria across the road which does not look terribly inviting but does a decent margherita for Euro4.50 which was a God send at 11.00pm at night! Overall, I would have no hesitation is recommending this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Sorrento. I found it great value for money and would happily stay there again!
