This contemporary condo sleeps 8 people and offers some of the most stunning views you'll find in the area. Miles of white sandy beach and emerald waters. Monterey is located in beautiful Seacrest Beach on Highway 30A. Enjoy quick access to all the 30A beach towns of Seagrove Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seaside.

As soon as you enter this 4th floor beach retreat you're welcomed by sweeping views of the Gulf. There's plenty of room for the family in the large open concept living/dining area. The master bedroom features a king bed and private bath with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and there's a set of twin bunks for the kids.

The location is convenient to fabulous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. If you're searching for a place to take your family and create memories together ... this is it!

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Review from Spring Break Perspective

I would recommend staying here if you coming for Spring break as there is a beautiful view of the beach and you are able to rent chairs and the beach is not crowded like in other areas. The unit is spacious and the bedroom sizes are generous. The carpet could stand to be replaced but overall good experience.

Benchmark Management - awesome!

We were very impressed with their responsiveness to any questions we had concerning our rental: my voicemail inquiry was answered via text within an hour, and my text questions were answered immediately. This is the first time (after renting along 30A for many years) that we had such a quick and helpful response from a management company. We will definitely rent through Benchmark Management in the future!

Nice condo and location

The condo was nice, clean, spacious and well supplied with basic necessities. Four of us stayed - 2 adults and 2 college-aged kids, and we all were comfortable. The location and having beach service was a huge plus.I selected this place bc of the cozy/clean vibe radiated from the pictures, the location (both on the beach and on 30A) and beach service being supplied. Items to note: 1 - the floor can be extremely slippery (we literally had to walk slowly and hold on to the wall when we arrived and at random times during our stay.).2 - the primary bathroom needs upgrades. The shower is TINY. You can’t bathe w/o hitting the wall and shower caddy. Mind you, we are athletic build 6’2” and 5’9”, so if you are smaller, the size of the shower may not be an issue.3 - the sofas could use a good cleaning. Possibly the rug too. I kept smelling a not so good oder when sitting in the living room that seemed to come from the sofa. At first glance, the sofas look nice. Once you sit, you can see the dingy areas where people have been sitting and water lines where wet bodies have sat.We would stay again if the primary bath’s shower is upgraded and sofas cleaned.

Was pleased with the comfort and coziness of the condo. Was disappointed that chairs and umbrella were not included. We stayed at Monterey last year and that condo included vacayzan credit as well as chairs and umbrella. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking but the pans -cookie sheets- are well past their prime. Definitely need to replace a few items!!! Pool was great- property nice. Beds comfortable. TVs very up to date and nice. Decorated so cute. Lots of seating. Loved the balcony the most and the upscale outdoor furniture. Good place.

Great Location, lacking some amenities

Nicely decorated, but lacking simple amenities. For starters, there are no beach towels. A condo on the beach should supply beach towels. Extra beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, sand toys would all add to the experience and require little to investment. Each bedroom should have an extra blanket in the closet and also a luggage rack. There was no extra toilet paper, only the rolls on the holder were provided. Not enough hangers in the closets. Toaster was broken, and new one was delivered. No amenities in the kitchen...salt & pepper shakers, coffee filters, coffee pods, olive oil, zero spices.This could be a great experience with a little more attention to detail.

We appreciate your comments about the amenities as well. While we don’t provide beach towels, we do offer a bath towel for each guest. Regarding beach chairs, the condo includes complimentary beach chair service through a third-party vendor, with your names reserved ahead of your arrival. However, we do not supply coolers or sand toys, but we will pass your suggestion along to our team for consideration. As for blankets, they are typically stored in the closet. Although not all units have luggage racks, there is ample space for luggage storage. Concerning toiletries, the items we provide are part of our complimentary starter kit and are not intended to last the entire stay. We apologize for the issue with the toaster, but we're glad we could promptly bring you a new one. Please note that we discontinued providing seasonings and spices as a health and safety measure during the pandemic. However, the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and glassware. Poor response from Benchmark regarding maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Saturday, July 29. The condo itself seemed clean and in good condition. On Sunday evening after washing a load of towels we discovered that the clothes dryer did not work. We reported the problem via text that night understanding that we would likely not have a response until the next day. I reached out to Benchmark again on Monday morning and they sent a technician to check on the dryer. The technician indicated to us that the dryer was not repairable. As the week progressed we continued to reach out to Benchmark for an update on the dryer. We were told that it was vended out to a third party company and that they would update us with an eta as to when the dryer would be replaced. Those updates never came. We continued to reach our to Benchmark via text only to be told that they would give us an update when they had one. I tried to reach out to management via phone and was told that a member of management was not available and would call me back. They never called and the third party vendor never came to work on the dryer! We spent the entirety of our trip with no clothes dryer. I understand that maintenance issues arise; however, Benchmarks lack of communication and inability to resolve the issue in a timely manner was unacceptable. We will never book our beach vacation through Benchmark again.

Good, but needs some attention

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I usually only give 5 star reviews, but felt like I was unable to do that for this stay. We stayed at Monterey 402A, and we had several issues with this unit. The day of check-in we were notified by Benchmark the Management Co. that the dryer in the unit was not working. The dryer did not work the entire stay. Benchmark did provide a laundry service to us twice during the week which was nice, but made things very hard because we had 6 adults & 2 children in our party, so we had a lot of laundry. Then when we arrived we realized the Co. did not provide us a code to open the gate, so we had to contact the Co. and wait about 30 minutes before they sent us the code to open the gate. The next thing we noticed was the pool water was very dirty, and it was apparent the pump was not working, again I contacted the Co. they did send some one out to work on it later in the week, it was finally fixed on the last day of our stay. One last thing...in our rental agreement it said we would be provided complementary Beach service. When we went down to the beach there was not a umbrella set up with our room number on it. We contacted the Co. (again) they confirmed that it was provided to us, but when we spoke with the beach service they said Benchmark had not paid then for beach service for this unit, so there was no beach service provided. With all that being said... the unit itself was nice, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great! The beach was super nice and not as crowded as some of the other beaches in the area. We did have a nice time on this vacation. The Management Co. did make attempts to correct all of the issues when we reported them, but the issues we had made it very inconvenient and was just problems you don’t want to deal with while your on vacation.

We provided laundry service twice as we understand it is frustrating, but this a new service so it is very convenient especially on vacation! All the codes you would need are in your Welcome Packet that you receive before check-in! We do apologize about the pool, but as we stated in a text message to you, the HOA handles the pool, so we were at their mercy when getting things taken care of regarding it. We apologize for the confusion on the beach chairs, and we will pass your concerns along to the proper parties, so this does not happen again in the future! We are happy to know that you did enjoy the condo itself and enjoy all the beautiful views from the beach. Thanksgiving Holiday at Monterey B402

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo complex presents well from the street. The interior of our rental unit was dated and worn. The kitchen area was in need of some deep cleaning and updating. The cooktop was greasy and the garbage can was in sad shape. The tile floors were dingy and the grout was dirty. Does not give one a comfortable feeling. However, the balcony and patio chairs almost make-up for the aforementioned shortcomings. We paid a premium rental price for the unit - cannot say it lived-up to the rate. We usually stay next door at Tranquility, that's where we will stay next year.

When we arrived on the property we saw the elevator was being renovated. We called Benchmark and they said they sent us a notification but I had no emails or messages in the app concerning the issue. They couldn't provide proof that they had sent anything. They told me they would call me back but never did. When I called back they told me it wasn't their problem and they would do nothing. I signed a rental agreement for a condo with elevator access. The condo was just ok. The floors were filthy and the bathrooms were dated.

Kara, We are very saddened to hear of our disappointment with your recent stay. It is never our intention for our guest to be upset with the service they receive while on their trip. Regarding the elevator, our company only manages the actual unit and not the complex. Being the elevator is not in the unit, we were not able to resolve the issue as that is an HOA issue. We were not given a time frame on when the issue would be resolved but apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you while on your stay. Our records do not show any complaints about the cleanliness of the unit. Had these concerns been brought to our attention, we would have loved the opportunity to resolve them while on your stay to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Seacrest serenity

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a fabulous location on a quiet strip of 30A away from the traffic but close enough to be convenient for a lunch or dinner out if so desired. The condo’s layout comfortably housed our two families, including 5 kids, without feeling cramped, and the bonus bunks in the hallway are genius! We enjoyed every meal on the balcony overlooking the beautiful emerald waters. We will definitely be back!

Overall a beautiful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful. We only had a few issues. The first one is that the elevator did not work from the first floor. This was an issue when unloading the car with luggage and groceries and going to the 4th floor. Secondly, it would be beneficial to have some kind of cart to take your luggage to your room. Lastly, we had an issue with roaches. I saw where they were supposed to spray on a regular schedule but there was a roach problem.

Martha, Thank you for reviewing your stay with us at Benchmark Management. We are glad to hear you thought the condo was beautiful, but we wanted to apologize for the problems you experienced. Our records show that we were never contacted regarding the bug issue within the property or the broken elevator. We recommend giving us a call if you encounter any problems while on your vacations, we would be glad to send our maintenance team out to assist. Regarding pest control, we do have our units sprayed quarterly, but will always contact pest service as quickly as possible if we receive reports between those scheduled sprays. We also will pass along your recommendation for luggage carts to be provided for guest use while staying at this condominium. We hope you consider booking with us again at Benchmark Management, we would be glad to have you. Thank you, UPDATE: We are pleased report that your feedbacks were heard and addressed. The curtains in the master bath were updated, refrigerator has be fixed, carpets were replaced, and pest control thoroughly went through and rid the home of all bugs. Our Family Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was nicely laid out....kitchen a little small, not like the picture depicted--we had to put alot of things on counter. Rugs were a little dirty due to spots that had probably been cleaned and were just stained. Middle bathtub had a rusted stopper and drained very slowly. The gate in and out of the property got stuck three times--after hours maintenance not available but we eventually got it opened. Loved the deck and everything else.
