Situé face au golfe sur l'autoroute 30A à Seacrest, le B202 est un condo au 2e étage qui offre une vue imprenable à 180 degrés sur les plages de sable blanc et les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique.

L'oasis privée appelée Monterey est nichée entre Rosemary Beach et Seagrove Beach. Passez vos prochaines vacances assis sur le balcon enveloppant en regardant les magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil, jouez dans le sable et surfez ou plongez dans la piscine chauffée.

Cette unité récemment rénovée de 3, 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains peut accueillir 8 personnes. Il dispose d'une suite parentale avec accès au balcon et d'une salle de bains design avec double vasque, comptoirs en granit, baignoire à jets et grande douche à l'italienne en carrelage. Il y a une deuxième chambre king et une chambre queen avec une salle de bains et un lit superposé dans sa propre chambre en alcôve. Le salon à aire ouverte comprend une cuisine gastronomique avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et un îlot avec des sièges pour trois à côté d'une salle à manger pour six et une salle familiale avec accès au balcon meublé enveloppant.

Le complexe calme de 24 unités offre un parking privé fermé. Vous pourrez faire du vélo ou marcher jusqu'à Rosemary et la plage d'Alys pour faire du shopping et manger à moins de 3 km à l'est. Il est également pratique de fabuleux restaurants et magasins dans les communautés voisines de Seagrove et Seaside qui sont à 6 miles à l'ouest. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour emmener votre famille se détendre, explorer et créer des souvenirs ensemble, votre recherche est terminée!

Second floor view provides excellent180 degree view of beach. Great layout for family interaction. Had a couple maintenance issues which were quickly addressed by property owner.

Condo was in a perfect location and access to beach was awesome. The reason for a 3 star rating was that the microwave was broken and it took 2 days for the condo management to bring a working one to condo. This was a real inconvenience with a baby. The washer and dryer did not work, this was reported and was never fixed. Also the ice maker never worked.

Breathtaking Views

Unbelievable view the second you walk down the hallway. The balcony is spacious, and the condo was so cute. Access to the condo, pool, and beach was so easy! Great bed/bath configuration with the bunk situation. The complimentary beach chair rental was amazing! Only 2 gripes, which didn’t deter us from having a great time, are the WIFI was spotty at times when some of us were doing work on laptops, and the kitchen isn’t stocked great with oven mitts, kitchen towels, and measuring spoons. Bring trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex - I know those are things you typically have to supply in a rental, so just FYI!

The complex had a construction dumpster holding household trash. It was there the entire week as it was piled up past the top of container. This was very unsanitary. I’m surprised this is allowed.

Having a gated community added to the experience, eliminating any parking issues one might ever encounter. Our condo B202 was beautifully appointed, with incredible views. The bedding was so comfortable and the ensuite baths were perfect! Beach chair set up daily was yet another luxury that we weren't accustomed to, and something that we will want going forward. We had no issues during our stay!Food choices in the area are wonderful! Our favorite by far was Cafe30A and Great Southern Cafe. Seaside will not disappoint!

Finding a 3 bed/3 bath unit (plus a cute cubbie area with a bunk bed) that is ideally situated on a private beach, is very clean, provides all the amenities needed, great balcony overlooking the ocean, close enough to easily bike to Rosemary Beach, and reasonably priced is almost impossible, but we found it! nice pool too. Benchmark Management was great to deal with. Great communication, not text/email overload! They were helpful with bike rentals which are dropped off, locked and ready for us. And beach chair setups which are easy to reserve, waiting for you on the beach. I’d highly recommend B202 and Benchmark Management

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Monterey however when we arrived the condo unit didn't not seem to be cleaned very good and there were some bug issues throughout the week. We also notices that the overall property was lacking in upkeep. The pool was dirty and had trash around many of the days. The stairs down to the beach had a few nails sticking up that we had to make sure to avoid stepping on. But the location and the condo unit itself were great. It was a good space for our family.

This was the BEST place ever! It was 3 bedrooms PLUS 2 bunk beds in a cute little hideaway in the hallway. It was super easy to access the beach so we were not worried about carrying everything at one time. We absolutely cannot wait to go back!!!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Monterey B202! Quiet condos (November!) with spectacular oceanfront views. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, but we were only here for a few days and ate out a good bit. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. So convenient to the beach and accessible to nearby communities and grocery store within 5-10 min.

Beautiful views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in this condo. The views are amazing. Although a condo it felt quite private. Plenty of space for all of us! Access to the beach and the pool were so convenient. The walk to the shops was a mile or more- we walked every day! The only negative to our stay ws the place was not clean. Our feet were dirty from the floors. It looked like someone cleaned it quickly and never mopped a floor or vacuumed.

The condo itself was clean and decorated beautifully, while also being very comfortable! The view from the large balcony was stunning!!! Pool toys were provided for the little ones. Everyone (ages 4 to 62)had a great time! Would love to stay here again!
