Monterey A201 est un condominium au 2e étage situé dans la magnifique plage de Seacrest sur l'autoroute 30a (un mille et quart à l'ouest de Rosemary Beach et à environ quatre milles à l'est de Seaside). C'est un endroit merveilleux sur la piste cyclable 30a afin que vous puissiez profiter de la région de la manière la plus pittoresque.

Les condominiums de Monterey sont un complexe avant du golfe avec un plan d'étage de trois chambres / trois salles de bain, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse et un grand balcon privé pour profiter des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe du Mexique.

Ce confortable condo d'angle au 2e étage offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur le golfe depuis le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et la chambre principale. Imaginez-vous vous prélasser sur le balcon en regardant le coucher du soleil après une journée sur la plage de sable blanc.

Condo was clean but no supplies for dishwasher, laundry or dish cleaning soap were provided as stated in the contract. Ice maker didn’t work, there was no ice, fireplace didn’t work and it was very cold during our stay. No gate code was provided upon check in so we had to wait. Thus, the low reviews. The door to the patio was also broken and wouldn’t stay closed unless locked at all times.

Fabulous Vacation

The condo is the perfect location for biking to Rosemary or driving to Watercolor. The condo offered easy, close and private access to the beach. Benchmark was super easy to work with and provided excellent communication and responses from the day we booked the trip until check out. They were super nice and responsive to any questions we had during the week. The private parking is a plus as well. The condo had plenty of room for a family and was very comfortable and homey. We would book here again.

Perfect Location

The condo is in a perfect location near everything. Very clean and well maintained. The only thing missing is some kitchen essentials such as oven mittens, aluminum foil or parchment paper, salt, pepper, oil spray.

Beautiful Room and Views

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - Very clean and neat. Beautiful stunning views. Attentive Management group, and individuals who come to fix items. Cons - No notice the Elevator was out of order and Luggage was very difficult for this 75 year old to get up the stairs. Light fixture in bedroom 3 was falling out of the wall. When trying to make a meal nothing about the Oven would work, only the stove top functioned. Wifi - was very weak to none. Three of us spent way too much time trying to get our work tasks done. We left a day early to get home to care for some of those tasks. The worker who changed out the Media equipment when we were there did not give us the new Wifi address so we struggled thinking that didn’t change. When telling the Management company of our struggles they offered a 5% discount on the next stay - hardly compensating for our frustrations and lost vacation time.

We are a blended family and love the fact it is on the beach with great views of the ocean. We love that everything you need to make the stay is within 10min, so it makes it easy if you need groceries/restaurants/etc, are close by. Property description is spot on. There were only a couple of things that would make the stay better is having the oven recalibrated as it cooked on the cooler side and bigger skillet, not a deal breaker as we will be back next year, if at all possible!!! The Condo is very clean and we love this area because the beach is not crowded like other areas. This area is great to just decompress at the beach and now there is a Publix 5 minutes away to make grabbing groceries easy. Absolutely would stay here again.

Private trumps public

This place is more than the pictures show. You can smell the subtle hint of the cleanliness thru the bleach smell and not the fake Febreeze masking cleaner as soon as you open the door. Our nose told us it was clean as our eyes were amazed at how beautiful the property is. The view of the ocean coupled with the silence and lack of "public" access really made it the most relaxing experience. My wife and I love it!

Benchmark Management made the process so easy. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. The only thing I would note is that the toaster didn't work and it is about time for a new blender, other than than that everything was perfect.

Monterey A201

Location is outstanding! The overall complex has some age, so the floor plan and built-in furnishings (cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms) are dated. The bedrooms are spacious. The den area and the bathrooms, however, are not. A smart TV would be a nice addition. As well, an upgrade with the bedding (especially the sheets) would be a welcome addition. One item needing immediate attention is the chairs (4) around the table on the deck. They are a rusty mess and need to be replaced. Again, Monterey has a great location. The complex has a nice size pool. The beach itself is wide. Overall, I would give this condo (A201) a B- grade. Our party of 4 adults greatly enjoyed our visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen is lacking cookware.The Wi-Fi is slow and g he ad trouble supporting multiple devices.Worst of all is the patio furniture is rusted. I ruined 3 shirts by sitting on them. Rust stains all along the back. Didn’t realize it until I got home and did wash.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience these issues caused during your stay. Please note however that had you informed us during your stay of the need for utensils; we would have had someone from the team stop by to deliver them. In regards to the WiFi, please note that although most of our properties have internet access, the connection is not guaranteed as it is being provided by a third-party company. In the event guests have issues with the internet, we can only try to troubleshoot from our end, and if that does not work; we always try reaching out to the relevant company. However, due to them being an outside vendor, we have no control over their work schedule. Thanks for bringing the issue of the rust to our attention, we have made the necessary replacement as such this should not be an issue for future stays. We want to thank you again for choosing to stay with us and truly hope we get the chance to welcome you again for an even better vacation experience we know we can provide! Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property over Mother's Day weekend for a short stay with our two children and my sister. We found the property in great condition, very clean, and well appointed to suit our needs. The extra toys in the closet came in handy after our 18 month old grew bored with the few things we had brought. This property has a great location if you are wanting to be near Rosemary and Alys but avoid the crowded beaches. It was very quiet and we had plenty of room to play on the beach. The beach service doesn't take up the whole beach here like they do at some other properties, which was nice as we had our own space to set up our umbrellas and chairs. The heated pool was wonderful for our kids as the ocean water was still quite chilly. The location of this condo puts you about 1.5 miles from Rosemary and 1.5 miles from The Hub. This gave us easy bicycle access to plenty of restaurants and shops. We would likely stay at this property again.

Wonderful stay at Monterey Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was a breeze and we found the condo is wonderful condition. We especially appreciated the bunk beds in the hallway; our grands had a wonderful place to sleep!

Beautiful views, lots of privacy and comfortable and clean condo with very nice beach decor. We would love to come back. The only troublesome issue was the Wi-Fi which made it tough to work from a laptop. That would be our only recommendation for improvement. Otherwise we would love to come back!
