Hello Greg, Thanks for staying with us at this property and for providing us with this feedback. We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the dryer. We thank you for bringing the issue to our attention during the stay as once issues are reported; it gives our team the opportunity to try to resolve. We are sorry to ehar you did not have the best experience with our agent. Please notw that we do pride ourselves on excellent customer care service and will make the necessary checks to ensure this does not happen again. Please note however that once issues are reported to our maintenance team, someone fromt he team is assigned and they get to the property as soon as possible. The wait period usually depends on how far away from the unit/property they are as well as the number of work orders/tasks they had assigned prior to yours. We do not usually have an exact timing on when the team will get to the units; however we can always assure guests that our team will most certainly stop by to make the necessary checks. In the event that the issue cannot be resolved by our team; we call on a third party company. We do only supply each rental with a starter kit, this is so guest can bring or purchase the brand they need. We have found many guest require certain brands for health reasons, but please next time just reach out to us.
