You will love staying in our 2300 square-foot home not just because of the room to spread out but also because of the Foosball table, the fun backyard with an in-ground trampoline, a swing set, and patio set, and the home’s close proximity to restaurants, outdoor activities and shopping.

The space
This house comes equipped with so many creature comforts. Upon entering you’ll find a solid-wood Foosball Table next to a gas fireplace in the front room. There’s a sectional in the main level living room with a 65” Roku TV so you can watch the game while prepping food. A second TV is in the loft upstairs and a third TV is in the primary bedroom. The upstairs sectional has a reclining chair and a sofa bed. The TVs are located in the bonus room and the master bedroom. In the bonus room you will also find lots of games for your enjoyment. There’s a tanning bed in the huge master closet. The back patio has an outdoor table and four chairs. The backyard has an olympic size rectangular trampoline in the ground, a sandbox, and a Lifetime swing set with a slide. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the main. You’ll love the extra-large capacity washer and dryer. Three cars can park in the driveway and since the house sits on a corner lot, there is plenty of extra parking. The neighborhood has lots of families with kids. The house also has a pack n play and a high chair. This home is family-friendly to the max.
