Beautiful full lake view property with all amenities you could ever need or want! We had the best time staying here with our 10 year old nephew and 13 year old niece. The amenities were over and beyond, from the welcoming gifts for the kids to the heartfelt fresh cut roses in bathrooms. The home was also stocked with every game on the planet, which we so enjoyed and appreciated. You will never be bored here. The home was FULLY equipped inside, beautifully decorated, and immaculate kept. The check in and check out process was a breeze and so was the communication with the host. I can’t give it enough stars. Thank you for such a memorable easy, relaxing, and fun stay!! We will be back!

The hosts were wonderful, answered all of our questions, and provided everything we needed and more! The house was beautiful. The views were amazing! Our favorite part was the lake view from the heated pool. The kids were never bored between the games in the garage, board games, the pool, sitting on the balconies, and the kayaks. This house is beautiful. Hosts have provided everything you can think of for a great trip. You cannot beat the waterfront view, there is seating on all three levels with a great hang out area by the pool. Lots of games and necessities like life jackets in the party garage. They are even kind enough to leave some welcome snacks and starter coffee and other items that make arriving and settling in go smoothly when you haven’t unpacked or may have forgotten that one thing. The hosts always respond and I have never arrived at a house that is as thoughtfully prepared for guests as this one.

Stayed here with long time friends and this was the Perfect getaway. As we get older we truly appreciate not having to move furniture and chairs to enjoy where we're wanting to visit, no matter where we were gathering we were covered. And the elevator was fantastic to have for luggage, groceries and us older ladies. The views were wonderful, rooms comfortable, plenty of space and extra welcoming touches made us feel pampered. I highly recommend staying here.

A gem at LBJ!

What a beautiful property and wonderful hospitality! We were down for the State golf tournament, and had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and prestine. The hostess was helpful and so accommodating. We loved the house and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house!

This house was gorgeous and the views were awesome! Very clean and organized. Lots of fun for the kids in the garage and by the pool. The elevator was a lifesaver! The hosts were very attentive and available for questions. Great experience! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

This was a perfect place to get together with our adult kids and their families for a long weekend. Plenty of room to spread out and lots to do so everyone was entertained. At the end of our stay everyone was planning for next summer!

Island Point was built with simplicity in mind. Clean lines and no clutter provide a wonderful open and spacious feeling. Many windows catch the natural daylight from sunrise to sunset and the views are spectacular. On two sides of the house, a family friendly lake greets you and you will feel as if you're staying on an island. The beautiful lake and Hill Country views will set your mind at peace. Of all the things my family and I enjoy at Island Point, the one activity we love the most is relaxing in the heated pool while soaking in the truly spectacular views. "People pool watching" is fun to do as boats pass by with wake boarders and wake surfers enjoying the beautiful Texas Hill Country weather. This lake home is uniquely situated to provide wonderful and lasting vacation memories.
