The incredible double pool with waterfall feature & outdoor cabana includes a swim up bar, outdoor kitchen & large seating area that makes this property the best for all day entertainment. Take a walk down to the lake to enjoy the boat dock with roof top deck & relax in the sun or shade. There is also a large boat slip with a lift & 2 jet ski lifts.

The Space:
The main level includes large living room, fully stocked kitchen with dining table and breakfast nook and plenty of seating for your group.  Off the main living area there is a formal dining room and downstairs bedroom and full shared bath.  Once you head to the second level there are an additional 5 bedrooms including the master suite and bathroom and secondary living space and 2 more bathrooms.  Perfect for your kids to relax after a long day playing outside at the pool or down at the lake. There is an additional full-size bathroom with walk in shower located just off the pool area for easy access after being in the lake or pool.

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire property including the two story boat dock.

The Neighborhood:
This home is close to golf courses, local wineries & restaurants, hiking and other local attractions such as Longhorn Caverns and Spider Mountain.

Getting Around:
Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from the property and to surrounding attractions.

Other Things to Note:
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

NO PETS ALLOWED! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
