Located on Anastasia Island, in the popular oceanfront complex, Ocean Villas. This second floor town home offers ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. The condo has a King MBR (new adjustable mattress Sept 2018) and twin guest BR., two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

The condo is decorated in neutral colors for your rest and relaxation, with tile floor downstairs and carpet on the second floor.

Ocean Villas has a heated pool, new beachside pool (completed spring 2018) with restroom facilities at each. A large gazebo, great for catching the sunrise or gathering with friends, is located on the oceanfront. Entrance to the beach is through the private gate at the gazebo on a private boardwalk.

The beach is less than five minutes from your door, where you can enjoy sunning, swimming, surfing, shelling, surf fishing, an invigorating run, leisurely stroll or walk to dinner along the shore.

Great Location

Great location we would totally stay here again! On the first floor, there is a nice fully equipped kitchen, one of the bathrooms, and a small living room. The second floor has the primary suite and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There is one bathroom upstairs that is shared between the two bedrooms. It’s a short drive to the historic district(15 or so min) and either a short drive or a longer walk to some restaurants and mini golf. Beach is easily accessible and the two pools are very close to the unit. This was perfect for two friends and four kids(10 and 13).

Great space and location

Great beach vacation!

Very clean condo with a short walk to beach. Ocean view was small but could see waves breaking. Two pools also very clean and inviting. Short 15 minute drive to downtown St Augustine with great restaurants with rooftop views of beautiful fort and harbor.

Great condo!

This was a very clean and updated condo in a great location. The complex is very well maintained and the two pools (one heated) are very nice as well. The only small negative is there isn't a primary bathroom. There is only one bathroom upstairs that is shared with both bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Relaxing week in St Augustine

First trip to beautiful St. Augustine! We enjoyed our stay very much. very clean and comfortable condo. Property and pools looked nice. Close to beach - just walk thru the walkway on the property and over the dunes. You can also drive 4x4 on the beach for $10 per day. The beach was beautiful! Easy drive into the city, maybe 15-20 minutes, drove one day and parked in the parking garage and another day called Old Town Cart $5 per person to get into the city. Favorite restaurants nearby (1.2-1.6 miles up the road): Sunset Tavern, Salt Life, Beachside Diner. In the city, Harry’s Seafood Bar and Grill outside was great!

Beautiful Unit, Very Clean and Comfortable

My wife and I have been staying at Ocean Villas in St. Augustine for many years. We always enjoy our time at the property. This unit was especially nice, the owner has done a great job with upgrades and amenities. Furniture is superbly clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue with pool access at the beginning of our stay but the owner responded immediately and within a day they had the property manager open the beach side pool gates so we didn't have to step through flood water from a bad storm to get to the beach. Really appreciated the communication and the owner obviously has a great relationship with property management.

Best spot on the beach

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. We enjoyed both pools on the property and it was a quick walk down to the beach. We will be back soon for another stay.

Perfect fit for our 2 week stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit immensely. The description is very accurate and we can attest to the furniture and beds being extremely comfortable. We had guests visit while we were renting and they, too, enjoyed the amenities of the unit and the complex. We had a few questions while we were there and Devann is very prompt to respond! Pools are a very short walk away and within 5 minutes we were on the sand. 13 consecutive days on the beach set a record for us. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. All appliances are very nice. Balcony allows for sitting out with fresh air and an ocean view. We are already discussing another 2 week stay next year. Book with confidence. You wont be disappointed.

Cozy condo

We truly enjoyed our time here . It was very cozy and very clean . It was the perfect location. With easy access to the pool and beach. Our booking was seamless, and the host communicated everything very well. We hope to stay here again in the near future .

Short trip with friends and family

We all enjoyed our stay in this Villa. Well maintained, furniture comfortable, kitchen well stocked, short walk to beach on a sidewalk and then boardwalk. Can see ocean from livingroom and upstairs bedroom...walking distance to Beachcomer restaurant. Will keep this unit in my " vacation in St Augustine " file.

Very Clean Condo and Excellent Location!

My family has been coming to St. Augustine each year for over 20 years. This was the first time we stayed in this complex and this particular condo. The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Devann was helpful and responsive. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo with good location.

Enjoyed stay. The unit was clean, quite and close to everything. The unit would better serve younger guests. My wife and I are 72 years old and we had some difficulty with the stairs. Both getting to the second floor and the stairs to the bedrooms.
