Bienvenue dans notre condo (Augustine Beach St, Ocean & Racquet Resort-un complexe privé) sur les belles plages blanches de l'île Anastasia, St Augustine Beach, Floride. Notre bien aménagé, axée sur la famille condo est une unité étage coin du sol. Vous avez un accès facile (seulement quelques marches) trottoirs privés gated des propriétés qui traversent les dunes menant aux vastes plages immaculées et le fantastique océan Atlantique! Profitez des piscines (une chauffée) situées à environ 150 mètres du condo, des bains à remous (5 jacuzzis dont un à quelques pas), des courts de tennis éclairés récemment rénovés et (bientôt) des terrains de pickle ball, un terrain de pétanque terrain de jeu. Apportez votre canne à pêche pour la pêche de surf et de la pêche de l'étang sur la propriété.
Nous avons de nouveaux planchers en porcelaine à travers plus d'une nouvelle unité de chauffage / refroidissement qui est ultra-silencieuse. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec salle de bain privée récemment rénovée / douche à l'italienne et grande télévision à écran plat. Nous avons des lits jumeaux dans la chambre et une télévision à écran plat. La cuisine entièrement équipée a des comptoirs en granit, un réfrigérateur à glaçons, une cuisinière lisse et un grand micro-ondes. Le salon dispose d'une télévision intelligente à écran plat, d'un canapé, d'un fauteuil inclinable et de nouvelles portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrant sur un patio carrelé privé. Internet gratuit, rapide / sécurisé est fourni. Nous avons une liste de portable attractions incontournables et menus de nos restaurants préférés.
Nous sommes situés à quelques minutes de la ville et de nombreuses attractions. Assurez-vous et prendre un cheval tranquille balade en calèche autour de la «vieille» St Augustin. Ne manquez pas le fort du 17ème siècle, le Castillo de Marcos ou le phare historique de St Augustine / Musée ainsi que de nombreux autres sites et attractions historiques. St Augustin fondée en 1565 est la plus vieille ville des États-Unis. Love Staying at This Great Value Beach Condo

This is the second winter we have stayed in this unit and it is so close to the beautiful, clean beach and also just a few steps to the relaxing jacuzzi. The bed and living room furniture are both very comfortable. We love the easy keyless entry and the owners are always quick to respond to any questions. We plan to stay here again!

Lovely Condo on the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo on the beach. It was in a great location with regard to the rest of St Augustine, and the beach is just steps away, so we enjoyed that. It was very clean, and also was in a nice quiet neighborhood that seemed very safe and secure. We were a bit surprised that things like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags were absent. Whenever we stay somewhere, we always do the vacation grocery shopping trip, but we arrived late the night before Thanksgiving Day, so there weren’t very many stores open, and I was struggling to find a place open to buy coffee! Another note, I had next-to-no cell service, so I couldn’t open the email/app with the lock information. Totally my fault, but I would recommend printing that. I thought we were going to have to call Mr and Mrs Abernathy very late at night to be able to get in, but luckily my husband has an awesome memory, so we could avoid doing that! Overall, great place to stay. I would just be sure to bet very well stocked.

Fabulous property and stay

The condo was very clean with all the necessities provided. The hosts were very helpful. The property is beside the swimming pool and steps from the ocean. My husband walked to the beach every day. The property is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.

We love St Augustine!

We had a great visit once again in St Augustine and we really enjoyed our first stay at St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. It was very easy communicating with the owners and they were very responsive to our needs. Master bedroom was nice and roomy and bed was comfortable. Location to the beach and pool were fantastic.

Still a great place to stay

We’ve stayed here three years now. It’s cozy and so close to the beach. This year we had our adult daughter with us for a week of the 2 weeks we stayed. Love having a toaster oven to warm up leftovers. We will be back!

Wonderful stay, didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! So many things made this condo ideal for us! The condo is spacious giving us and our two adult daughters plenty of room. The living room has plenty of comfortable furniture making it a relaxing place to gather and visit. The bedrooms are spacious with dressers and nice sized flat screen tv’s, and the beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, the two bathrooms are nice, and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer. We loved the location of the condo being so close to the beach board walk (where we saw gopher tortoises) the hot tubs, and the parking lot. The beach is wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the hot tubs and the large swimming pool (with neat underwater lights and was not crowded)! We didn’t want to leave, and we have found the place that we would like to stay the next time we visit St. Augustine!

Clean towels

Maybe get some white towels and use bleach.because the towels in the main bathroom were under the sink with the toilet plunger and the towels stank. Also, the patio wasn’t cleaned off. The table outside had sand and a partially drank bottle of water on it. Otherwise it was fine.

Unit was fine. Property rules were a pain. No gathering in common areas for meals together accept at grills and behind club house where it was too hot. Management were a pain about beach gear on rhe small patios. They didnt want it out front either and I am sure the owner didnt want all that sand inside the units!

Perfect place for a sister retreat

This year, my sister and I chose this condo to enjoy a week without husbands and children. The place was exactly what we needed. We loved the gated community and the proximity of the beach in relation to the condo unit. Bonus points for it being a corner, ground floor unit!!! Weather was perfect and St. Augustine provided many wonderful choices for a variety of dinners out. Wonderful memories were made and we look forward to booking many more trips in this unit.

Nice property and area

We loved our stay in St. Augustine. The overall property was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Our condo was more than adequate, but I missed some of the extras that were not provided. In fairness, the listing did mention it, but have stayed other places that provide more, such as trash bags and small bottles of dish soap. Encountered 3 snakes…one crossing in front of me on the patio and others on the boardwalk to the beach. Keep your eyes open and don’t leave the patio door open! All in all a nice place to stay.

Wonderful Retreat for the Winter

We loved staying at this first floor condo for 3 months this winter! It was very clean and everything we needed was supplied. The bed and reclining sofa were very comfortable, and the full size washer and dryer so convenient. Check in was super easy and we loved the keyless entry. This quiet, relaxing resort has someone at the gate all the time, and we’ve always felt very safe there. The beach, just over the dunes on the boardwalk, is beautiful and great for walking. There is a heated pool, and we enjoyed the hot tub often, just a few steps away in the next building. Shopping, grocery stores, numerous restaurants, and all the attractions of historic St. Augustine are just a short drive away. The hosts are very responsive to any questions. This really is the best deal on the beach!

Home Away From Home

This was truly the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. Everything was clean, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils, there were plenty of linens and the furnishings provided us with the coziness of home. The reclining sofa was the icing on the cake! Having a washer and dryer was great! Close walk to the beach and short drive to some great restaurants, shopping and historic St Augustine. We enjoyed our stay and if we are ever back in St Augustine we will definitely request stay here.

Excellent location near beach clean & comfortable beds

So happy we choose this condo to rent while visiting Saint Augustine Florida. Perfect location. Just a short drive from all the downtown tourist attractions and not far from the allegory farm or airboat rides. Perfect space for my hubby and I for our week vacation. Wonderful owners provided above and beyond communication regarding weather with hurricane season to know area was still good to visit. Provided information on places to eat as well. Very kind. The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. Shower was roomy off the master bedroom. Second bathroom nice fir two people getting ready at once. Kitchen provided nice area to make breakfast with all the pans plates and utensils needed. Nice laundry area to wash clothing so we didn’t have to pack a ton. Very nice televisions with Netflix and Comcast television included. Nice ground floor patio with chairs to relax. Beautiful beach steps away also enjoyed the wonderful hot tub also steps away. Loved our visit. Would definitely come again. Thank you for keeping your prices reasonable for people like us who love to travel and explore Our beautiful country. Thank you!!!😃

Rest for the weary

The condo was very nice. Comfortable. Loved the recliners. We loved having hot tubs, pools and ocean so close to the condo as my 90 yr old father was with us. All within walking distance.

My wife and I are retired educators that fell in love with beautiful St. Augustine many years ago. We live in the foothills of the mountains north of Atlanta, Ga.. We are big college football fans---a house totally divided. I am a Roll Tide Alabama fan and Rodney is a Dawg---that's a Georgia Bull Dog.

Many years ago, we fell in love with beautiful St Augustine. Not only does it have gorgeous wide beaches, it also has the luxury of interesting and historic features in quaint Olde Town St. Augustine. Wait until you cross the Bridge of Lions--you too will fall in love!

Park and walk about 10 steps to enter our condo. From our patio--turn right and walk about 150 yards to the beach or turn left and go about 150 yards to both pools. Head out front door and walk about 20 steps and you can enjoy one of the 5 Jazucci's .
