Security cameras with recording capability around entire perimeter of property to protect owners and guests from break-ins, theft and vandalism that may happen at known rental properties. Cameras are located in common areas with no expectation of privacy. Camera locations include the driveway, casita entrance, front door entrance, casita sliding glass doors, & backyard doors. Under no circumstance will any guest tamper with a camera or obstruct a camera's field of view. Attempting to tamper with or remove cameras will result in eviction and loss of all payment. Cameras are not monitored during stay but will be used to verify occupancy & parking under Lake Havasu City Ordinance 5.20.060

NoiseAware noise monitoring system in place to notify of loud noises that violate city noise ordinance 90.30.050 and disrupt neighborhood peace. This system does not record noise. It collects data on noise levels at the home and notifies owner of noise exceeding legal limits. Under no circumstances will any guest tamper with NoiseAware. Attempting to tamper with or remove NoiseAware will result in eviction and loss of all payment.
