Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Bathroom right outside. Walk in Closet.

Bedroom 3: (Upstairs Loft) Queen Bed with Bathroom, Shower and Tub. Pull out Full Sized Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 2. Outdoor Bar Area with View of the Lake.

Bedroom 4: Queen Bed with Hallway Bathroom and Closet.

Game Room:

INDOOR LIVING: (8) flat-screen smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating and Air, Washer/dryer

OUTDOOR LIVING: Blocked-In backyard, pool and spa, lounge chairs, Propane Grill, Covered Patio with Surround Sound and 75" TV, LARGE Outdoor Propane firepit, patio furniture, and Water Misters. Surround Sound throughout the backyard.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, wine fridge (locked), stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (Keurig), Crock-Pot, Pots and Pans, Spices.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, Cable, washer/dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent, beach towels, optional pool heat fee (paid pre-trip $50/day)

PARKING: Paved Driveway below home (3 cars or Truck with a Trailer and Boat hooked up), Driveway Parking can hold up to 6 cars if not more, trailer/boat outdoor parking should only be done below the home for safety and not on the main driveway. Garages not available for access.

Basic Rules:

At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property due to insurance reasons this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 25. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. This will cause immediate cancellation to your stay.

Outdoor cameras located front and back of our property for security and can be used to check occupancy compliance. (Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras. If disconnected/tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds.)

Pets (Dogs Only) allowed on property (No exceptions) $100 Fee Per Stay per Pet. No CATS ALLOWED.
IMPORTANT: Dogs are NOT allowed in the POOL. NO SWIMMING for DOGS. Dogs are NOT allowed on the Beds or Couches. NO SLEEPING on the Beds or Couches.

We require that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in their reservation. All guests must be included in reservation no matter time and length of their stay. Any extra guests that are brought into home will cause immediate cancellation of your stay and your party will be escorted out by paid security in the area along with a $500 fine.
