FABULEUX Custom / Private Santa Fe Home a tout. 4 chambres spacieuses (2 sont des suites de maĂźtre avec lits king size), 4 salles de bains et une 5Ăšme chambre / salon qui a Ă©tĂ© converti en une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s doubles avec des escaliers et non des Ă©chelles et un gigogne. La grande salle ouverte et spacieuse a des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, un foyer au gaz naturel confortable, un centre de divertissement, une table de billard et de nombreux extras. Énorme cuisine gastronomique des chefs avec des comptoirs en granit, un Ăźlot central de prĂ©paration, des armoires personnalisĂ©es et un garde-manger. La Master Suite principale est privĂ©e avec une porte ouvrant sur l'arriĂšre-cour pour le divertissement et le Masterbath dispose d'une douche carrelĂ©e et d'une baignoire pour se dĂ©tendre. Deux placards. L'autre Master Suite est Ă©galement trĂšs privĂ©e et possĂšde sa propre salle de bain. Les 2 autres chambres sont Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison et partagent une salle de bain complĂšte. L'espace extĂ©rieur divertissant dispose d'une oasis latĂ©rale avec une piscine chauffĂ©e au gaz naturel, un spa et un Palapa. Home was clean and perfect for two families. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen and great amenities. We had a wonderful time and would rent this property and from the owner again.

Impressive attention to detail

The perfect home for our weekend at the lake. You can tell the owner really takes pride in the property. From the cozy beds to the kitchen fully-stocked with all the equipment we needed to make a great meal, my family felt at home here. Communication with the owner was great, super responsive and available to answer all of our questions. We would love to visit again.

Laurie was phenomenal from day 1! The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is beautiful, clean and close to everything! We had a wonderful visit in this house and would absolutely rent here again! You won’t find a better house or host in Havasu!

Family had a great time

Stayed there with family, including young grandchildren. The house was just as advertised. Extremely clean with everything we needed. We took advantage of the pool and spa. Laurie was extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Lake vacation rental

We stayed at the property from July 9-12, 2022. The house is conveniently located near the Marina as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We have two families(each with 2 adults and 4 kids). The house was perfect for our families. We had plenty of space to relax after our long days on the lake. The house has plenty of parking on site and is filling stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, and more. We did not have any problems checking in or out and Laurie was available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great trip! Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

Beautiful

This property is beautiful! Laurie has been the best host I have worked with! She is so accommodating and helpful! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect size for us to get out of the heat. It was a short drive to anything we wanted to do. If we ever make a trip back to Havasu, this will be where we stay again!

Comfortable home

This house was amazing! Big open floor plan. Very clean & nicely decorated. Plenty of room for a big family. Each room is completely furnished w/ adequate amount of blankets & pillows for a good night sleep. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans & dishes. Bathrooms stocked with towels and soap. I never had to look for anything. Every room was stocked with all essentials. Location was good. Near grocery stores & launch ramps. Laurie is a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Family Celebration/Christmas

We would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in the Lake Havasu area. The home had everything we needed to enjoy time with our children and grandchildren over the Christmas holiday. The spa and pool were used daily, and the location was convenient for many activities. Communication with Laurie was excellent, and she provided a wealth of information for our stay.

Family togetherness

Laurie the owner was wonderful to work with. She was always there for questions or help. The home was close to town in case you needed to go to the store. Big enough to have lot of family together and not be on top of each other. Enjoyed the fire pit and morning and evening views of the mountains and water were a bonus. Lot of sitting inside and out. Bedrooms and bathrooms were super nice and not right on top of each other. Driveway held lots of vehicles and being able to use garage was very nice. Never used pool or hot tub because of it being to cold but the water falls were very smoothly to listen to. Laurie thought of it all. There were games, pool table, tv’s in every room, and putting green. If you pick this place to stay at you won’t be disappointed with your vacation stay it truly is a Gem.

Great vacation great experience

My friends and I had great vacation in Lake Havasu. This house was amazing. Easily accommodated my group of 10 adults. The house was very nice, modern, spacious, and well set up for entertainment. It’s off a nice quiet street so no excess noise, but only a short 2 minute drive to get to downtown Havasu. Laurie was an excellent host. She always responded quickly and really went out of her way to ensure everything went smooth and we didn’t have any issues. Top notch service, couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Thanks

Best House in Havasu

We had a large group and it was difficult to find a house that worked for 3 families. This house was perfect. 3 rooms with king beds for the grown ups. 2 rooms and a super comfy couch for all the kids. The host had everything perfect for our stay. It was an amazing trip and the house is beautiful. I highly recommend this home.

From my 1st to my last interaction with Laurie, the experience was simply delightful. So much so, I feel like we are friends, though we have never met in person. Our entire family was so impressed with the house. It greatly enhanced our vacation. I suspect Laurie must have invested at least 50 hours in compiling the informational binder. She really knows how to cater to her clients.

Weekend in Havasu

We met our cousins from California for a weekend on the lake to celebrate a graduation
.this house was perfect for our group! Wonderful space to be together and plenty of privacy for each family as well. Laurie was great to work with and we are already looking ahead to our next visit!

Get away

This was an amazing Vacation Rental, it had everything we needed and more very large kitchen to cook in. We traveled with 9 kids and 4 adults, there was something for everyone. It had plenty of space so that we did not feel crowded with so many people. Laurie the Owner was SO AMAZING, and very easy to get ahold of and responded Immediately. Super close to the Lake ( London Bridge) and Stores/Shopping.

Family get away

House was nice. Well equipped kitchen. Very organized. Good bedroom layout. The driveway is set up well for a big boat. The communication of the property manager and the directions/instructions for how to utilize/find stuff in the house is absolutely top notch; none better. Carpet is getting quite warn, needs to be replaced. Outdoor ambiance needs a huge amount of improvement. One side of the house is very warm, one side of the house is very cold. Overall it’s a good place to stay for a large group but could use some pretty substantial improvements to make it a 5 star house.

Great family getaway

This was the best experience I’ve had renting a home for the weekend! It was a family trip with a big group of adults and children and this home suited us perfectly. The host Laurie was the absolute best. She was so quick and easy to communicate with. She answered every question and accommodated us in every way. Her instructions are very thorough and helpful. The home is very well kept, clean, and beautiful. Her informational folder has everything you can think of relating to the home and all the nearby areas as well. I can’t get over how amazingly everything is organized as well. It was all around just such an amazing trip and if this becomes our annual family trip we will definitely be looking to stay at one of Laurie’s properties.

We are a family of five with 3 homeschooled children. We decided to purchase a home in Lake Havasu because my grandparents were original purchasers of land sold by Mr. McCullough in the 1960's when he would fly buyers in from the midwest and sell land one plot at a time! It has been a family tradition to spend Thanksgiving in Lake Havasu with my Grandmother, aunt and uncle since I was three years old. My children have looked forward to their Lake Havasu Thansgiving's that started the year our oldest was born 21 years ago! I remember sitting on Santa's lap at the candle store at the London Bridge in the 70's and carried that tradition on with our girls. When I married my husband I found a Lake Havasu soul mate! He and his friends would make runs out to the lake at least 3 times a year! When we got to a point in our businesses that it made more sense to own than rent, we decided our family needed a Lake Havasu home, one that was big enough to invite family and fiends to join us! Lake Havasu is not as fun if you are not enjoying it with family and friends! My husband our three daughters and I pray that this home will be a family gathering place for years to come! Since we only are able to enjoy the property a few times a year, we are hoping to Bless others who may enjoy staying at this unique and beautiful property with their family and friends as much as we do! It took us quite a while to find the perfect Lake Havasu house and we were not disappointed! This property serves all of our needs and then some! It's a perfect refuge from the world, the views of mountains and lake are amazing and it is great to be so close to the open desert to play with our sand toys and not far to dump our boat and enjoy that magnificent lake. With plenty of space and entertainment for everyone, our only regret is that Grandma (the original Lake Havasu resident) did not live long enough to enjoy our beautiful home! But, we hope you will!

Gorgeous views of the mountains and partial lake view from b! Close to center of town. Not far from the lake. Plenty of room and entertainment opportunities for the whole family and some friends as well!
There is a quiet pool and spa area perfectly perched beside the home. Partial lake view and spectacular sunsets! Perfect place to recharge and relax! A resort experience in a very quiet location! Relax and enjoy the trade winds, sunsets and a drink in your own personal resort!
Completely redecorated when we purchased it in the Spring of 2019 and we continually upgrade furnishings & items in the home. With two master suites! 4 full bedrooms and a den converted into a bunk room for 5 with 4 full bathrooms there is room for everyone! All four bedrooms have their own closets.
