Welcome to Anchor House! This spacious 5,000 square foot villa SLEEPS 22 and satisfies your every need for dining, entertainment and poolside leisure. You`ll want for nothing while enjoying the beautifully lit, romantic outdoor grounds and pool, the highest quality in comfort for sleeping, expansive areas for socializing and rekindling social ties including a game room with 12 foot projection screen and sound system.

Everyone get`s their own privacy in this large spacious home whether they want to relax in the hot tub, enjoy a quiet conversation by the fire pit or have a romp in the pool or spa.

The Location
Located just minutes away from great dining and bars like the Flying X Saloon, Red Onion, bowling alley on Havasu`s `Main Street`, you`ll be near the center of the action.

The Backyard
The center of it all is the beautifully lit pool featuring BBQ, outdoor dining and a separate fire pit and view of the lake. The grounds have a resort quality night lighting for romantic ambiance to enjoy both the amazing sunsets as well as the beautiful warm tranquil blue water pool and hot tub.

The Game Room
Just steps away you`ll find a wide open game room where you can enjoy your favorite movies on a large screen projection screen or a game of pool, poker or air hockey. There are also board games to choose from. You`ll never want for entertainment in this large space. (no upstairs space anymore, bed moved down)

Dining Room
For dining, the house seats 28 guests comfortably using the dining room (12), outdoor dining table (8) and kitchen and dining room bars (8 guests).

TV Rooms
Enjoy movies with your entire group on our large sectional couch and 77 inch OLED TV (TV has Netlfix, Amazon, Disney+ and LG channels - similar to basic cable)

Bedrooms
Each feature private bedroom TVs, high quality comfort mattresses and different configurations to tailor to your needs. Each closet is fitted with a dresser to store your clothes and a luggage rack. (TV in bunk is 77 inch OLED)

This listing comes complete with generously stocked kitchen for preparing and serving large group meals including 2 full-size refrigerators, 3 ice makers, roasters, crockpot, kitchen aid stand mixer. The bar features a separate drink fridge, so you can have unlimited cold drinks.

EV Charging
The house is equipped with a 48V Tesla Wall Connector Level 2 charger capable of delivering 44mph of charging capacity powered off the homes solar panels.

Laundry
Should you decide to do your laundry during your stay, you`ll find the extra capacity of double washer and dryers makes it a breeze.

All areas of the house are accessible to guests with the exception of part of the RV Garage.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Quiet Residential Neighborhood

Ample parking on the property and located near a quaint downtown area full of bars and restaurants. This area is driving or uber accessible only.

POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)

>$35/night per guest above 16 count
>Please disclose at time of booking so we can send an invoice

>$10 service charge added to shipping cost

PETS
>$25/night per pet

HOUSE RULES

>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit ($500 for holidays) upon booking and is refunded at checkout upon inspection unless there are damages or items missing

>In place for safety and liability reasons. $200 fine if tampered with

SPA USAGE
Please note the spa is an amenity we do not charge for - we offer it as a bonus to our awesome guests free-of-charge. If anything should happen to it during your stay, we will do everything we can to fix it in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee the spa, and there are no refunds on issues related to the spa. Thank you!

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
