Very spacious and furnishing apartment of 75 sq m with 2 bedrooms Fully equipped with internet and wifi and tv with Netflix and canal The apartment is at 10 mt of monaco and 10 minutes of the beach and you can go there by foot very easily
Host is responsive and accommodating. First time to Monaco and enjoyed every moment. Close to train station, grocery, escalators just down the street and and fabulous restaurant around the corner.
What an absolute treat to have stayed at this place. The location was just two blocks from Avenue Saint-Michel and the Novotel Hotel. This put it in prime location to everything we need; train station, Casino de Monte-Carlo, restaurants, the beach (we even walked to it two times 1.1 miles away via walking), etc.
The owner was super responsive whenever we needed assistance with anything Monaco. A true delight.
The onsite parking is located down at the Novotel Hotel.
Again can not say enough of how great this rental and location was.
Thank you again for letting us stay and enjoy Monaco.
You wonât find a better place to stay for the Grand Prix in this price range. Its location affords less than 20 minute walking distance to either end of the race course. Coming home up the hill can be eased by using the many public elevator's and escalators.
The apartment is just as shown in the photos, with the high ceiling rooms arranged off of a long hallway that provides good separation. Full kitchen with modern microwave, wall oven, cooktop, full size refrigerator and a huge selection of dishes and glassware. Large shower / vanity sink room beautifully tiled and lit with heated towel rack and tall storage shelving & drawers. A separate water closet room with small sink is located down the hall providing extra flexibility for our group of 4.
Carrefour City supermarket is 5 minutes away and the iconic Polpetta restaurant is a half block down the hill.
There is construction of a large building underway across the street which is a bit noisy. We actually enjoyed watching the tower crane lifting concrete for a major floor pour. This looks like it should probably be completed by the end of 2024. It didnât really impact our stay.
We enjoyed our stay here quite a bit! It's within easy walking distance of virtually everything in Monte Carlo (though I'd recommend taking a bus up to the old town area), but keep in mind that Monte Carlo is a _very_ hilly city. There are multiple public elevators and escalators to help you get around, so it's not so bad once you learn where those are (before we learned that, we ended up doing ~70 flights of stairs on one day; it's _very_ hilly).
Getting to the train station with access to Nice, Cannes, and other locales is quick; maybe 10 min walk. The casino is also about 10 min walk, and there's lots of great restaurant options both down the hill and to the east, all within the same ~10-15 min. The immediate few blocks are fairly residential and there's not a lot, but the blocks are small, so getting to cafes and restaurants is never hard.
Within the apartment, the amenities were great; everything was comfortable and fully usable. There was a nice breeze when opening the windows, the beds were cozy, plenty of room for luggage, shower was nice, etc. The only issue we had was around noise. We're from a small quiet town which is MUCH less busy than Monte Carlo, so the volume of scooters going by behind the apartment was a bit disruptive. Also, they're building a building behind, which added to the noise. The windows did a good job of cutting it down though, so it wasn't too disruptive; we slept fine.
Overall great host, great apartment, and we had a great time!
