Upgrade your menu with the help of the shared gas grills located just one level above where you'll also find a shared outdoor dining area with multiple tables and chairs. And then head downstairs to take advantage of the heated pool, expansive sundeck, fitness room, and miles of white, sandy beach, just steps from the property. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed suitable for the children in the group, offer lovely sleeping options. A sofa bed in the main living area provides additional sleeping space.

This condo's location is simply unbeatable! You'll be right on the beach, so don't forget to pack your sunscreen, swimsuits, and flip-flops. Front Beach Road offers a wide variety of convenience stores and dining options, while Goofy Golf, just a short walk away, is the ultimate 'old school' mini-golf attraction for the whole family. And just four miles away, experience Pier Park, one of the area's most popular shopping centers, with more than 120 stores and great restaurants. And for additional outdoor adventure, be sure to explore the 1,200-acre St. Andrews State Park, only seven miles from your door.

THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 2 above the parking garage.
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
