So whether you are honeymooning or just looking for a very well deserved vacation you are always welcome at our “Hale” away from home. Our private and tranquil stand-alone 2 story house in Princeville at the Hanalei Bay Villas on the beautiful Garden Isle of Kauai will delight all of your senses!

This is like living in a 'Bird House'. The views from the two lanais are spectacular. This is a 'Glimpse Into Paradise'. Drink your morning coffee taking in the mountain views and waterfalls of Bali Hai. Admire Hanalei Bay and check out the golfers putting on the world-famous Makai Golf Course hole #3 on the Ocean's Course. The only visitors you can expect are the many tropical birds and maybe a gecko or two!

After breakfast take a short walk across the road down to “Hideaways Beach” one of the best kept secrets in all of Hawaii! Swim, sunbathe, snorkel or just check out the many surfers hanging ten. You may even see someone famous!

Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa has cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans in the living, dining and kitchen area. With bamboo hardwood floors throughout, the villa has been furnished with Tommy Bahama Furniture, Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Kitchen aid Appliances, linens, dishes and island decorations, TV, DVD Player, an Electric Grill, and Free Wi-Fi. This villa also has a washer and dryer!

The master bedroom with a comfy king size bed has its own bathroom with a newly renovated shower, floors, and countertops. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with its own newly renovated bathroom just a step into the hallway. Both bedrooms are on the lower floor each having access to the lower lanai with the same gorgeous views as the upper lanai. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom that keep you nice and cool.

Our “Hale” is right next door (but not too close) to the five star 1Hotel Hanalei Bay with a beach bar and a number of great restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking or just want to hang-out and have a “Sunset Cocktail”. There is a path that gives you access to the 1Hotel Beach. Also, if you feel like some pampering the 1Hotel has a beautiful spa.

Great location if you have some friends or family getting married at the 1Hotel.

With over 30 windows there are beautiful views from every room in this house as well as fantastic trade breezes to keep you comfortable. The locals tell me that this is their favorite Villa in this complex.

Don’t forget to visit the lovely Hanalei Town while you are here and stroll among the very unique collection of stylish shops and galleries. Hanalei Town also has many great restaurants. There are also rental shops in Hanalei from anything from surfboards, kayaks to bikes. Surfing lessons are available as well.

Princeville has a Foodland supermarket with great prices for your food shopping requirements. There is also a Walmart and Costco on the island!

There is a numbered parking spot for our house which is open for any guests that are visiting our house.
