Your Kauai adventure begins at this terrific 2-bedroom condo. Absolutely the best location in the heart of Princeville...can you say paradise!

This condo is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings to help you relax while you take in commanding garden and mountain/waterfall views. All while being a few short steps from the Pacific Ocean, overlooking Bali Hai and the most beautiful sunsets it the world!

You will enjoy this condo as it has 1,200 sqr feet of spacious living, with AC in the living/kitchen area. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished with crisp linens and beautiful bed coverings. There are two large air conditioned bedrooms including an ensuite main with a king-size pillow-topped bed, and a second bedroom with a king bed. Both bathrooms are remodeled, featuring walk in dual showers.

This home away from home has so many features: a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with cooking and dining essentials, open dining & living room area, flatscreen TV (a TV in each bedroom as well), HDTV w/cable, high speed internet WIFI, and washer/dryer. On-site amenities includes Hideaway Pizza Pub, a swimming pool, hot tub, complimentary parking, and vast green lawn for recreation.

Enjoy Pali Ke Kua's secret beach via a private, paved path leading to a secluded sandy beach for a picnic, swim, snorkel, sunbathing, or a gathering at the BBQ area along the beach path. Enjoy your beach experience with all the beach gear you will need; four beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 4 pairs of snorkeling gear, cooler, beach umbrella, and wagon to haul everything to the beach and back!

Located on the majestic North Shore of Kauai, you are a short walk to beautiful beaches, famous surf spots, and world class golf. Minutes from the 5 star hotel - The One Hotel, Princeville Park & Shopping Center, Kenomene Outlook, Makai Golf Club, wonderful hiking trails, and Anini Beach. Excellent stay. The condo was great and location was perfect. Super easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to do. 10/10 would stay here again.

Steve was responsive and even called to check-in to make sure we arrived without issues. The unit was perfectly sized for two couples traveling together. One bedroom/bath upstairs and the other bed/bath downstairs allowed good privacy. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee and an afternoon drink. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

This condo was exactly like it's pictured! Very comfortable for our family of 3. Close by to restaurants in Princeville, as well as Hanalei. A bit of a drive to get to the other side of the island, but an oasis while on the North!

Steve’s place is a perfect location in Princeville located close to many amazing beaches, is a comfortable & cozy place and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay awesome! Loved the beach items we were able to use (snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs,beach towels etc). We will definitely make a return trip.

I had a wonderful stay! The condo is super clean and in a great location in Princeville. The kitchen is very well appointed for at home cooking. Love the high ceilings and large bedrooms and bathrooms. And communication with Steve was quick and efficient. Would definitely stay there again. Very happy with my stay!

The host provided a thorough list of things to do that we took advantage of. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The lanai was lovely every morning and evening, watching the Brazilian cardinals, NeNe and egrets. Princeville walking paths were very convenient making our way around the north shore. Recommending to another friend.

Let me start by sharing that I travel a lot. I share that because as a frequent traveler I have high expectations. I also spend a lot of time selecting a property. Steve’s place is a HOME RUN! First, before we even arrived Steve’s communication was fantastic. He helped orient us to the property and area with numerous handouts and tips. I loved his directions to find the unit which made it easier since we arrived after dark. The space is fantastic, super clean and highly upgraded! From the moment you walk in you can exhale..... We did it....We picked the right place!! The open kitchen and living room opens to a lanai with a gorgeous views! Every morning we woke up early to enjoy the views with our coffee. and a glass of wine at night! Not only was the condo incredibly clean but it was very well stocked for us as well. We were able to cook multiple times which helped save on food so we could do more around the island. When we did go to do things around the island the chairs and cart in the condo were perfect for making the beach trips easy. Lastly, the complex is the only complex in Princeville with access to a private beach below AND it has a fantastic restaurant on the property which was a 60 second walk! I HIGHLY recommend this property and we WILL be back!!!! Mahalo Steve!!
