ABOUT THE KOTTAGE ON KENYON
We are happy to welcome you to the Kottage on Kenyon. The open-concept floor plan allows room for entertaining and gives a spacious feel to the 500 square foot Kottage.
In the living room, you’ll find a sofa (that turns into a queen size bed), sleeper sofa and 43 inch smart TV. In the bedroom, the queen size Murphy Bed can be opened at nighttime for sleeping and put away during the day to make room for entertaining. Kitchen has seating for 4, and all appliances included. The highlight of the Kottage can be seen when you exit the back door and enter the oasis. In the oasis, you will feel like you are the only people on earth! Landscaped with plants, a gazebo, water fountain, and plenty of seating, you may find yourself gravitating toward this area for your morning coffee or a nightcap. Propane grill and gas firepit is available for guest usage. On rainy days and cold nights you can stay occupied with board games and complimentary WiFi. The Kottage is located just a 2 minute car ride from the lively Fauntleroy Junction, where you'll find bars and restaurants and the renowned Lincoln Park. Whether you are looking for a quiet secluded location, or seek entertainment, the Kottage on Kenyon is your go-to get away location!
