Quiet, private and charming studio home in the great area feels like it is miles away from the city’s fast-pace, yet is actually only minutes away. Suited for couples and get aways. Within a three block walk there are 10+ restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Admiral Theater, with multiple breweries nearby. Parks, tennis courts and ball fields are across the street. Puget Sound, Alki Beach, Water Taxi to Downtown. 15 minutes walking distance from the Stadiums Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park for Seattle Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders games.

The space
This new studio home has new and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Wall mounted TV with Netflix, Amazon, your choice... Queen size bed is very comfortable and room is very quiet. Bathroom has an awesome tiled shower. New Washer and Dryer is also available. A peaceful front patio surrounded by trees welcomes you for some outdoor fresh air.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great couples weekend away at this cottage. Beata was very responsive and easy to work with, and the cottage was very cozy and private. Great location too - we walked to Alki Beach and spent the afternoon downtown.

Perfect spot

A lovely and clean little cottage in a perfect location. It was just what I needed after a long day of travel. Communication was great & I hope to stay again when I come back through Seattle.

Great Location!

Beata was a wonderful host, who was there to greet us when we arrived. She had plenty of suggestions for nearby eateries, bars and even a French bakery. The location is close enough to downtown Seattle that you can take a water taxi, Uber or drive yourself. The guest house was very nice, clean, perfect space for 1 to 2 people and pet friendly!

Backyard Studio

Very nice studio. Great owners, very good communication/help. Studio was in backyard of main house and patio was shared area with main house. Very pleasant area. Quiet. Great for a couple. Very cozy feel. It was a 15 minute drive to stadiums, but still not far at all if you want to catch a football game or baseball game. Again, great place, very sweet owners.

Perfect location Perfect cottage

Beata is an amazing host. This tiny studio ticked behind their home in the Admiral area of West Seattle was a perfect getaway haven for my husband and me. We spent 4 nights here and lived the comfort of this space. We cannot wait to return on our next trip. Thank you!!

This place is cozy and perfect for your get away in Seattle. Everything that you would need is provided. The host was amazing! The neighborhood is beautiful and has tons to offer and is in walking distance to stores. Will book again for sure!

A happy find

We stayed over Christmas weekend -- in Seattle, this means dark and wet weather -- but this little studio is an inviting, dry and well-organized space with European touches. Beata has decorated thoughtfully so the space is also visually relaxing. West Seattle has very few commercial lodging options; this unit gets you close to the shopping/transportation hub for the area but felt quiet when we were there, and is situated with a good sense of privacy. A bonus for vacation rentals in this part of town -- no steps or stairs between the off-street driveway parking space and the unit's front door!! We hope to be able to come here again when we visit family in North Admiral.

Beautiful backyard gem

Lovely lil unit in lush green yard, size wise perfect for a solo traveler long term. A couple would could also be comfortable here as well. Clean, open, easy to book.

Thanksgiving family visit

Second time staying here. Great location for walking to California Avenue and its shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Cozy little house with everything a couple would need. We’ll probably be back for a third time!

Perfect for our needs

We stayed here for about a week while we had our floors refinished at our home in north Seattle. Beata’s place was small, but adorable, and had everything we needed, and more, which we really appreciated after living out of suitcases for the last two months while our house was being renovated. We were not very familiar with the neighborhood before staying here, so it was a very pleasant surprise how nice the neighborhood was and how well situated it was, with two very nice grocery stores, breweries, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, all walking distance. Beata was very responsive and very sweet. Thanks, Beata, for such a wonderful experience during a very stressful time for us.

The property is comfortable and homey; the owner is exceptionally thoughtful and kind. Easy walking to great supermarkets and funky little restaurants, far from the overly busy parts of West Seattle. I loved every minute of my stay

Perfect!

The studio in West Salem was adorable, cozy and perfect. All the amenities you could want were available and the outdoor patio was so refreshing. The location was great for exploring the West Salem area and a quick drive to downtown. Baeta was a wonderful hostess and made us feel so welcome and comfortable.
