Small appartment in a quiet location. Close to all amenities (food, restaurants, bakery, metro) and walking distance to Tour Eiffel and Invalides. Nice second bedroom for children. Only caveat was air conditioning which was only in the second room, so main bedroom was warm during our stay, in 35C Paris.
This was a nice apartment in a nice building in a nice area of Paris. The space was small for a family of 5 but would suffice for 2-4 guests. Olivia, the property manager, was very responsive to any questions, and check-in was seamless. Overall, true to the listing.
My daughter and I had a great stay here. It has comfortable beds and a new kitchen, and bathroom. It is located right near rue Cler and the Ecole Militaire metro stop. The host gave us clear instructions for entry and was easy to contact as needed.
This apartment had a great location and made everything in Paris very accessible. It was so clean and very comfortable! Sabine was very easy to communicate with and made our stay amazing - I would recommend this place to anyone!
My family had a wonderful stay at this unique property. The location to the Eiffel Tower and the Rodin Museum was perfect. We could walk to both. The apartment was clean, safe, totally equipped with all you might need. My 11 year old twins loved the loft! We highly recommend this apartment.
The flat is tiny but fit our family of 5. The AC did not seem to work so we slept with the windows open. We were lucky it had been cooler weather or it would have been too hot.
The unit is extremely small. We did not realize the 2nd bedroom was a loft which was extremely dangerous for a 67 year old to climb up and down every day. Be aware.
The pictures and description listed were spot on. It was very suitable for a two night stay. I would definitely stay again and with a longer timeframe if it were just two of us or if we were not traveling to other countries too. (The amount of lounge for 5 people for country hopping ...the property was too small to move around. We had to be creative with moving luggage around and pulling the sofa-bed out. We did not think about the amount of luggage we would be traveling with before booking.) However, a stress again this place was great and i would stay again.
This apartment was perfectly described in the listing and reviews. We were a family of 5 that stayed for the week in August. First off we are very thankful we made sure to stay at a place with air conditioning because a very uncomfortable heat wave came through.
Checkin and communication with owner was seamless, the apartment was very clean, the beds and pull out sofa were all very comfortable. Its in a great part of Paris close to the metro and walking distance to plenty of sites and cafes.
We felt safe, comfortable and loved the authenticity of this Paris apartment. The kids loved the bedroom up the ladder and it added to their excitement but as a 40yo adult I wouldn't have been happy sleeping up there.
We would stay again
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Property not as described. Owner not responsive.
This property is advertised as having air conditioning. On the day after arrival the owner texted to say the air conditioning unit was noisy outside and she that turned it off. She said that it would be fixed soon. The owner never communicated with us again during our stay or after. It has now been over two weeks since our booking and despite multiple efforts to reach out to host through VRBO, the owner will not contact us regarding compensation for the property not being as described in the original listing. Do not rent this property until both the owner and VRBO fulfill their âBook with Confidence Guaranteeâ that assures travelers that VRBO properties are guaranteed to be as described in the listing. Very disappointed.
What a great apartment in an uncrowded arrondissement. The Ecole Militaire stop is just a few minutes away, next to a bakery. Also, there is a grocery store across the street if you need anything.
Perfect for our family of 4. Thanks!
Our family of five with three teens stayed here and it was perfect. We loved the location the most - close to the Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants.
great spot - walking distance to so much including of course the Eiffel Tower. Super cute, very french which made the experience that much better. The manager is super communicable and available.
Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to all
We loved our stay at this apartment. It is in a great location that is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a $10 or less uber/cab ride to just about everything we wanted to see. The neighborhood is very quiet with a convenience store across the street and several cafes nearby. The apartment is very quiet, we barely heard or saw our neighbors.
There were 3 of us in the apartment, my wife, myself, and our teenage daughter. We slept in the downstairs bedroom and my daughter in the loft. The pull-out couch in the living room can also be used for additional sleeping but we did not use it. Note that a ladder is required to access the loft, so not good for the elderly, too young or those who like to drink too much wine. My daughter enjoyed the loft.
The apartment is also in excellent condition with a fully functional kitchen and a newer bathroom.
Sabine, our host, was very responsive to our many questions prior to arrival.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of going to Paris.
I stayed here with my wife and our two sons in August of 2022. The apartment is small but has very high ceilings and lots of glass so it's bright. It's in a wonderful location -- two blocks from the Ecole Militaire Metro station, a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and a 5-minute walk from Rick Steves' favorite street in Paris, the Rue Cler. There are great restaurants and boulangeries/patisseries nearby, as well as a grocery store.
Air conditioning was a life saver in the summer heat. Sabine is delightful and helped us with all kinds of things, from extra keys to advice on taking the train to Versailles.
The things I can think to complain about are all trivial. The power outlets have USB connectors that didn't seem to work (at least they didn't work for me), so you might want to bring an adapter to charge your phones. There's a washer but no dryer, so Sabine's advice was to run the spin cycle twice and then lay the clothes out, which worked fine. Otherwise it was exactly what we needed for a trip to Paris. We would happily stay there again.
Sabine the property manager was very available and helpful at check in and throughout the stay.
A bit inaccurately described as a 3 bedroom unit. There is a formal bedroom. A low ceiling loft up a ladder, and a pull out couch.
Beds in loft and bedroom were VERY comfortable.
Air conditioning great especially during 30+ degrees days.
Very secure with exterior key pad, key to building, and key pads at appartement.
All amenities are as described otherwise. Sabine got us a drying rack for laundry machine so was great that we could do laundry.
The 7th is great area. This apartment close to Eiffel Tower. Loved setting up in the green space with baguette picnic before tower lights up. Right across street from grocery store.
Great location, clean and updated apartment. The host / apartment manager Sabine was superb and went out of her ways to help and was quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay as a family.
This is not a negative review but anyone renting this should know that it is not a 3 bedroom. It is a one bedroom, with a sleeping loft and a pull out sofa in the main sitting area. The listing also says amenities include toilet paper, which it did not. "Onsite parking" is public parking which is a little over a block away. These are things that would have been helpful to know up front. That said, it is a beautiful property, in a great location, and we really enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Paris. This charming apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, in a great neighborhood with restaurants and shops. Sabine was available form start to finish, and was a delight to work with!
