Very happy with the location. Clean and comfortable Stairs to bathroom go downstairs and are a little steep, just to be aware, but railings help :) Would stay again!

Great location. Stairs can be a bit tricky. Overall a great place to stay with a beautiful f view of the Eiffel Tower. Shops, restaurants, and laundry mats all within walking distance.

I stayed here with my 3 teenagers and we had the best time! Place is so unique and it provides plenty sleeping options. The bathroom is big and water pressure is great! The full kitchen is very helpful. Most importantly, the location of this property is amazing! We walked to restaurants, grocery stores and most tourist attractions!

Great location and amenities

We really loved the location in a quiet neighborhood yet a few steps away from restaurants, grocery stores etc but more importantly, metro and sights. Love being able to see the Eiffel tower every time we stepped out of the house. Very convenient sleeping arrangement with younger kids. Great bathroom..

Great location

Apartment was clean and well appointed, and close to the main sites in Paris we wanted to enjoy! The stairs to the basement and loft are tricky, but manageable. The Cafe Bellroy was a fantastic find for a nearby restaurant as well! The space worked well for our family of 4 and we would recommend for other groups this size. Nicole was very helpful with the check-in process as well.

New Year’s in Paris

Great place to stay and see the fireworks for NYE. Just a one block walk to view the show and enjoy the crazy night. It is loud but expected on a day like that. Seems like it would be quiet on normal days. Added bonus with the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower right outside the apartment. The bathroom in the basement is as described and hard to get to if you aren’t pretty mobile. Otherwise good spot for our 1 night stay.

Amazing Location

The location of this property can't be beat. Seeing the Eiffel Tower right outside your front door is amazing. The neighborhood has everything you could need (restaurants, bank, grocery store, etc.) all within a 5-minute walk. The property itself makes great use of space, though be warned that the stairs are extremely steep. But everything is nice and clean, and the owner was fantastic to work with. We had a great stay!

Great location

Lovely ground floor (and basement) apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Great location. Easy walk to most major attractions. Many cafés, bakeries, etc. right around the corner. Clean, easy, effective communications. Of note, like many Parisian dwellings, this does not have air conditioning so it can get warm in the summer. (The owner supplied plenty of fans.) Really cool (and beautiful) to walk out in the morning and see the Eiffel Tower framed down the street.

Amazing location with some idiosyncrasies

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. In terms of location, neighborhood and ease of access for all metro stations, this is a 5/5. Only issue we had was the washer/dryer not working, but we found a laundromat nearby. Things to know: beds are firm. Staircase down to bathroom is as steep as everyone says. The shower does not drain quickly and requires a pump to take out the water. I honestly think just a write up on the property and what to expect/what is normal for the bathroom/etc would help with overall communication on the property. Nicole was quick to respond with any questions we had and we had an amazing stay in Paris. If you are looking for a place close to everything that makes it easy to walk or take the metro, along with being in a fantastic neighborhood, this is the place for you. We all fell in love with the city of Paris. Thank you for opening up this property for us to enjoy our stay.

Paris Apartment

This was not what we expected, unfortunately. We decided that after trying to rest on the beds this place was not for us. The beds were unbearable. I have never slept on anything so hard. The basement bedroom was extremely hot and not ventilated at all. The pillows on beds were not acceptable. I am not sure I would even call them pillows. They were extremely thin and had no durability at all. My twin daughters nor my wife and I got a good night's rest. The silver stand-up fan provided was missing a motor housing, which caused the fan motor to be exposed as well as exposed wires to the motor. This was concerning because in order to turn the fan on, you had to turn the plastic knob above the motor next to the exposed wires and try not to touch the wires as you turned the knob. We got up after a few hours of trying to sleep, showered, and left. The towels on the bed in the basement were still moist and not dry. We had to put them on luggage and dry them as we slept so they would be dry when we got up. The shower floor filled quickly with water from not draining properly as you showered. Luckily, it never overflowed onto the bathroom floor, but you stood in standing water the whole time you took a shower. We also had a homeless guy sleeping on the sidewalk across the street from our door. I understand this is somewhat out of your control but as a customer arriving with my family I am sure you can understand my concern since my wife and I slept downstairs in basement.
