Le Hale Alana Maison de vacances est une belle, spacieuse maison, de style polynésien avec trois chambres et trois salles de bains, dont deux sont des suites de la chambre des maîtres. Cette belle location de vacances est situé dans un domaine tropical 1/2-acre, avec une piscine de lave rocheuse spectaculaire et la cascade. De presque toutes les pièces de la maison et de la plate-forme 72 'vous avez une vue totalement dégagée sur l'océan, plusieurs îles, et couchers de soleil .. Vous pouvez même apercevoir les baleines lors de leur visite annuelle de Décembre à Avril. Hale Alana a A / C centrale; quatre couleurs TV, DVD et CD, téléphone, une cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger ouverte, salon en contrebas, petit bar, salle de lavage, douche extérieure et un garage pour deux voitures.

Les principales caractéristiques extérieures sont les piscines de lave (non chauffée) et des chutes d'eau, niché dans des jardins tropicaux. Il y a bien sûr un barbecue et un bain à remous sur la véranda pour vos soirées en savourant la chaleur et des vues dans ce cadre spectaculaire.

Hale Alana est une maison de vacances entièrement permis situé dans le quartier résidentiel de Maui Meadows, JUSTE UN ENTRAÎNEMENT 5-10 minutes des plages du sud de Maui, qui sont considérés par beaucoup comme le plus beau dans le monde. Avec notre climat tropical toute l'année, vous pouvez facilement profiter des nombreuses activités de loisirs que Maui a à offrir: plongée, randonnée, tennis, golf, vélo, culture locale et internationale et la cuisine. There could not be a better house with a better view The yard itself is breathtaking The pictures are perfect on this site Martha was very attentive a came to our every need . A perfect gateway!

We had an amazing time at this vacation rental! Right from the start, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and well-equipped the house was. It looked just like the photos and description on VRBO. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up our meals, and the living areas were perfect for the whole family. The deck with the hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day at the beach, and the sunset views were just incredible. We even caught some fireworks from the Grand Wailea resort! Plus, the location was super convenient, with stores, coffee shops, and one of the best beaches we've ever visited, Makena, just a stone's throw away.Martha, our host, was so attentive and thoughtful, giving us clear instructions and quick replies to any questions we had. It really felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Wailea Oasis

We had the best time staying here and made lifelong memories with our kids. Such a unique house, the layout was perfect with the two masters and kids room for our family. The view was incredible from just about any room in the house including the hot tub. Our favorite feature was the custom mushroom shaped pool, we spent countless hours swimming and the water was the perfect temperature, not cold at all! Martha and Ben were great hosts, very friendly and gave us so many recommendations for entertainment and restaurants that made our trip even better. Looking forward to coming back! Mahalo!

But, I have to say, this one tops them all. First off, the house is beautiful, spotless, and meticulously maintained. It sits on a hill at the north edge of Wailea overlooking a perfectly manicured back yard, a stunning pool, and a wide expanse of ocean, islands, and sunset.It’s a very short trip down the hill to a fun & lively area of Kihei, full of casual bars & restaurants. It’s an even shorter trip to the resort area of Wailea & all of its amenities. And the beaches - well, just pick one. They’re all right there. Depending on what vibe you like, it’s within 5-10 minutes from the front door.The on-site manager is kind, responsive, and available if you need her.I highly recommend this rental & am looking forward to returning soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is just fabulous. To start, the location is great- very close to South Maui Gardens, restaurants and many lovely beaches. The house is spacious, comfortable and super clean. The bathrooms are very nice, especially the 2 towards the back side of the house. The hot tub is perfect and the view is breathtaking. We especially loved watching the amazing sun sets from there! The real highlight for us as we have 3 kids was the pool. It, and the entire backyard area, is a haven of peace and luxury. The pictures simply don't do it justice. We swam daily, and really loved the waterfall feature (runs 9am to 4pm) , the tropical plants, the statues, and the pool equipment provided.The air conditioning works really well and the beds were comfortable. The house is fully, even more than fully, equipped with first aid, kitchen supplies, reef safe sunscreen, and ALL of the beach equipment you may need. There is a whole closet of it in the garage. The property managers are responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed and more. This property is expensive for a reason- we found it to be 100% worth it.

Island Oasis

I was so excited to find this property when looking for places to stay on Maui and it absolutely did not disappoint. It’s well stocked with everything you may need, whether you’re hanging around the house (like I did) or looking to go to the nearby beaches. Sweeping ocean views with spectacular sunsets are the highlight. I spent my mornings on the Lanai watching the boats and the afternoons by the pool, either cooling off in the water or in the shade on the deck. Martha was a great host, checking in to make sure our stay was satisfactory but also providing some personal touches since I was celebrating a milestone birthday. This is a truly fantastic property, so glad we were able to find it. It made for 5 nights in Paradise! If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Book it.

Beautiful Property with Full Ocean Views

The home was clean and tidy, the rooms and beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed in order to cook meals at home with the family. The garden is spectacular and allows for peaceful hang outs by the lava rock pool. We enjoyed the ocean view while relaxing in the hot tub on the lanai and watching the sunsets every night. Keawakapu beach is a 7 min drive away and the home had all the beach supplies including lots of towels and beach chairs needed for a day out. Martha was amazing and responsive and checked in with us to ensure we had everything that we needed. Highly recommend!

There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together or have some privacy. The outdoor space and views were fabulous. The pool area was lovely although the water was too cold for me! We spent time watching the whales, grilling meals and relaxing on the spacious lanai. Martha had everything we could want or need. The house has everything for going to the beach to books, games, cleaning supplies to dishes and serving pieces for having a dinner party. There was comfortable bedding, towels and toiletries. The residential neighborhood was quiet and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It was a perfect stay and I can’t say enough positive things about our great stay here!

Beautiful Property for Relaxation and Respite

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow, this place is incredible! Immediately upon arrival we were taken aback by the beauty of the location, decor, and landscaping. The entire property is so well maintained and equipped, and extremely comfortable. All of the bedrooms were beyond our satisfaction in terms of bed comfort, bathroom amenities, and space. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cookware and tools you'd need. The views from all parts of the house were amazing - the bedrooms and showers had incredible ocean views, and the amount of space on the lanai was so wonderful. We were able to do yoga on the lanai, eat at the table/chairs there, and enjoy the sun and hot tub all while watching whales spout and breach away. What a magical place to stay! We also enjoyed that this place offers a little more privacy and quiet as it is up the mountain tucked away from the resorts, but still close enough for a short drive to the beach or nearby restaurants. Hosts were also very responsive, kind and accommodating. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Quiet but close to all amenities, hotels, beaches, stores and restaurants. Martha and Ben are the perfect hosts and ensure we have everything that we need. They have made several updates to the property that has only made it even better. Nightly sunset watches off the deck, sitting in the hot tub. Beautiful back yard and views from all rooms. Description is not accurate.

There are several issues with the description. Needs to read at the start: Property manger is onsite and overlooks the pool, with a cutout specifically for that purpose. If you have females in your group, they will need to be prepared. You will also have to sign a waiver, which is not mentioned. There is no central A/C There are underpowered wall units throughout that will NOT cool during the day. When we asked about it, manager suggested we should go to the pool... When I expressed our displeasure, they sent someone into the house without our knowledge. All of our stuff, computers, etc. were in there, out in the open. Should never be done. The one being watched by her spouse. We were so disappointed, we left 2 days early. To their credit, they credited the 2 days, which we did not ask for or expect. The property is well situated and beautiful, but the issues and price are not worth the view. I rarely leave negative reviews... but I feel compelled to save another what we went through. Ruined our vacation. If the above does not bother you, then the views are spectacular.

We prepared some fantastic meals in this large kitchen with all the utensils you'd ever want and grilled steaks on the sundeck grill where we had most of our meals while watching the sunset. The children played for hours in the Hawaiian designed backyard garden pool area. We highly recommend this home for your next family visit to Maui.

Fantastic home in Maui

This property is close to everything and at the same time private and secluded. Every amenity has been thought of and provided (they really go above and beyond). Communication with property manager is easy and they truly care about your experience there. The view is phenomenal and the neighborhood is wonderful. Don’t hesitate to stay it is fabulous!

Tropical and lush

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the fire, we enjoyed out stay at Hale Alana. The grounds and pool area place you in a tropical paradise. The property manager left on our 4th day. The temporary caretakers left early and returned late but we only needed help lighting the BBQ which we identified the tank needed replacing. We travel to Hawaii almost every year and have stayed at some of the top areas in Wailea and Makena. The view at Hale Alana rivaled all. It does show its age. Kitchen lacks necessary cooking utensils and several things need replacing due to age. The TV monitors circa 1990,which definitely need updating to smart devices. Despite the few shortcomings, we would definitely return once the island recovers from the devastation.

Beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, and more. Our teenagers loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was maintained and very clean. The location was perfect. Quiet, nice neighborhood that was close to shops, restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be back.
