As you enter you are drawn to the amazing ocean views and expansive lawn. The sandy beach front is perfect for sunning, snorkeling, swimming, and surfing. There is a large lanai with dining table for four, lounge chairs, gas grill, and outdoor speakers for your listening enjoyment and a place to enjoy the incredible sunsets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the home chef would need. The living area offers flat screen TV, built-in speakers so you can listen to your favorite music, ceiling fans and of course the magnificent view! There is a queen murphy bed for additional sleeping. The guest bath is conveniently located just off the living area with a large walk-in shower.

Drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves in this nicely appointed primary bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. There is a full-size washer and dryer and parking for one vehicle.

Everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach is all here from beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, beach cooler and boogie boards! During season (December - April) watch the majestic Humpback whales right from the lanai.

This cottage is a private tropical oasis only steps from the beach, snorkeling and surfing. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, playgrounds, tennis courts and skate-parks. All are within walking distance from our beautiful property.
